Courtesy and professional. Efficient and productive. Had a correct diagnosis of our problem and a solution which was implemented immediately and in a timely manner.

Technician, Matthew Hepworth, quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the toilet parts. It works much better. He also drained the water heater. Everything is working fine now.

I called at 10 minutes before the end of my 11A - 2P appointment window to obtain information about an obvious delay. Would have preferred not to have to “bird dog” it. I then was told a 30 minute delay, which in reality became nearly an hour delay.

Kevin was great to do the repair work. He got the job done quickly and replaced a small tube that had come loose in the tank. Very friendly person !!!

Very professional and fast. Our technician was Matthew, who was very knowledgeable and funny. He explained exactly what the problem was, how he was going to repair it and what to do in the future for maintenance of the pipes in the bathrooms we don’t use.

Everyone that came out was vary nice and helpful. Vary hard working and kept us up on everything going on and was vary detailed oriented. I will definitely be calling Bonnie for any of my needs. Vary happy with the service we received.

Grant Murphy and his crew did amazing! We had a toilet that wasn't flushing and a sink in the other bathroom that wasn't draining. Fast professional service respectful of the property very knowledgeable Grant even saved me a couple hundred dollars by letting me know about the membership package that they're offering.

I called Bonney for the first time ever with 3 clogged toilets. They came the same day (which was Friday July 3rd) and I was so appreciative and surprised to get service before the holiday weekend. Service was excellent and we are pleased with the work done. Our plumber was great and did everything neatly and quickly. We did have to have our toilet replaced; and a valve on an old shower was hard to find. Our only complaint was the price of the work.

Gavin Sanchez installed my new toilet bowl. He is very efficient. Did a good job. Very thorough and very professional. He even tested our water hardness and pH level at no charge. I'm giving him 5 star.

Bonney team was extremely knowledgeable about the issue we had, worked to get the job accomplished efficiently. Bonney has great technicians and project support who stay in touch every step of the project! This was a complex problem requiring a lot of work crawling under the house, involving HVAC and plumbing. Christopher came when scheduled and spent the whole time addressing all the issues we had with our plumbing. Besides being very polite he is also highly skilled and thorough in his accomplishing in repairing the various problems .

William was very helpful and polite. He explained the problem and offered solutions. In my case, the solution will be replacement, and I was given estimates of the cost, and short term ways to live with it until it is replaced. I would recomend Bonney to others.

Christopher was very professional

Noticed a leak in the front and rear of toilet. The paint on the baseboard behind the toilet was peeling so I was not sure if the leak may be related to something behind the wall. I immediately called Bonney Plumbing. I was able to get an appointment for that afternoon. Leak was diagnosed to be due to the wax seal which was changed by the technician.

Hayden Hines was our service person and he identified the problem quickly but realized that it was a unit that had been recalled so we had to order directly from the manufacturer. Although the problem had corrected itself, Adolfo was still very professional and provided helpful suggestions to avoiding future incidents.
