Brad showed up at 10:30 from an 8-12 window. Immediately went to work and found the problem that original installers caused and fixed it. Work was free. Took about 1/2 hour maybe a little more. This is for Chris who installed my new water heater today. A 5 star job all around.

Avoid! Charged me $65 to send someone to do an estimate- and the person who came out was a salesperson, who was just there to get me to pay for an actual plumber to come take a look?! I went with CROWN PLUMBING instead, and was happy with them. Get a local plumber, not a scam!

The overall services were excellent, and the service technician, Cory, was exceptional.

The hot water heater installation was done properly and professionally, and Bonney did a great service to work witb me to get the installation done on the same day my old water heater had failed. My only complaint is the installation was quoted at 2-3 hours, but it ended up taking closer to 7 hours.

Bonney is always great. Matt provided same day service and installed a brand new water heater.

The folks at Bonnie were unilaterally VERY responsive, VERY friendly, and VERY accomodating. Our new system was expensive, to be sure, but with this level of service, especially with the peace of mind from a solid warranty and a strong regular maintenance package, it was well worth it.

What I was most impressed is how fast they were able to take out my 30 year old busted water heater and replace with a brand new tankless. It took all of 24 hours from the time the guys gave me a quote to completion of install. They handled permits, electrical, gas - I didn’t have to lift a finger. I love the new premium system. Worth every penny!

we have used Bonney for multiple services (hvac, plumbing and even electrical needs) and we have been very impressed over the quality and professionalism of each and every service they offer. we would highly recommend them to anyone that may need any of their services!!

Kevin and Chris did a great job in changing out our water heater.The were both very professional and kept us informed in regards to all of our what and why questions. I would surely request their help for any future plumbing issues.

Gulliermo was on time and very personable. Pretty much knew would need a new water heater when I made the appointment. He explained the options and the required changes needed (code.) He worked to get the water heater out of the closet and set things up for the new installation the next day.

Conner & Axel were professional, courteous, kind & explained all facets of the water heater replacement process.
