Bonny technicians did what they could to diagnose our electric water heater problem. But another company installed it and warranted the parts, we decided to have them repair the unit. Bonny’s costs were fair and all of the technicians that came to our house were courteous and professional.

Gulliermo was on time and very personable. Pretty much knew would need a new water heater when I made the appointment. He explained the options and the required changes needed (code.) He worked to get the water heater out of the closet and set things up for the new installation the next day.

Bonney Plumbing was nothing short of amazing! From the representative who answered the phone to Kyle coming to fix our water heater. Kyle was pleasant and super knowledgeable. They stuck to their word on price even though it took longer than expected. Honestly, they were awesome and I'll only use them from now on. Thank you!

Our water heater stop working. David, was able to come to us earlier than our service time. He was very professional and fix our problem and very knowledgeable about our problem and gave us some great information and advice on possible future issues. Also he gave us great service!! We will continue to use Bonney for any plumbing problem.
