Boulder Ridge by Wedgewood Weddings was the absolute best decision for our wedding! First and foremost, the place was beautiful. The background for all pictures was beautifully evergreen even though our wedding was in July in the middle of summer. We planned the entire day in just four months, and it exceeded every single expectation we had. The entire planning process was seamless. the coordinators were incredibly responsive and stayed in constant touch, replying to text messages remarkably fast. Tiffany was very friendly and kind the day we scheduled the tour. On the actual day of the wedding (and rehearsal) our coordinator Ingrid was a lifesaver. She was sweet and kind, but also direct when necessary to keep us on track and make sure everything ran on schedule. An incredible coordination to say the least she truly went above and beyond with the details. She was very thoughtful, even when we went down to take pictures at the golf course, she would make sure that my dress looked well and that the photographer knew all the great spots! Which we really appreciated. Our banquet captain, Brianna, was equally wonderful and thoughtful. The entire staff truly went above and beyond for us. The servers Nate and Aliza were very kind! And even the person handling the Photo Booth! The DJ/MC Brian was super kind and helpful, we had to change a few things in the timeline for speeches and dances just a couple do days before the wedding and he was super flexible and understanding! I also had planned a secret special dance for my husband and my husband‘s family, it was traditional wedding dance in their culture, and Brian was able to help me keep this a secret while still maintaining great communication with both my husband, and I. The dinner and the cocktail hour appetizers were also delicious, and taken care of by Wedgewood! So a huge thank you to Alejandro and Javier for a delicious meal; everyone kept telling me how tender the meat was. What we loved most was how streamlined everything was with Wedgewood! Because it's an all-inclusive setup, they connect you directly with trusted vendors for the cake, flowers, and more, so you don't have to stress over managing extra details. They handle vendor, communication directly the day of, and you just oversee everything through one easy-to-use portal. Having everything in one place made a fast paced planning timeline so much easier. If I was able to plan my entire wedding while being a full time law school student and working so can you! We Got married at Boulder Ridge two weeks ago and everything was perfect!! The venue itself is gorgeous and has a good amount of space to have a ceremony and reception without feeling too crowded, plus the way it lights up at night is so magical!! The planning and coordination team was communicative during the entire wedding planning process, they were very flexible with their check-in meetings, and during each check-in they would go through the entirety of what we've planned so far and would bullet point TBDs after each meeting. It was a very stress-free planning experience for me, I never felt overwhelmed with my wedding planning. For the wedding day itself, everything went smoothly. Upon arrival to the venue, our coordinator Emily was on her A-game, she fulfilled any requests I had before walking down the aisle (she provided fruit and helped me to the bathroom without the groom seeing me), she helped with fluffing my train and bustling it for the reception, she gave us our specialty drinks after walking down the aisle and stayed close by during the reception in case we needed something. The only minor hiccup we had was the Photo Booth breaking down, but Brianna was right there problem solving to get it to work again. Diego made really good drinks and brought great energy to the bar area. His margaritas are 10000000/10. Overall, I'm really happy that we decided on Boulder Ridge. I would highly recommend them for any brides looking for destination wedding venues and want to skip the hassle of trying to research vendors on their own - Wedgewood has their own internal team and preferred vendors that work well together.

We just got married and Boulder Ridge and it was incredible! Truly such a great day, Emily and Brianna helped the day run smoothly and the planning team- Melissa, Kelli, Tiffany, and Ingrid made the planning process stress-free and easy. This was an incredible team! We all know life doesn't stop just because you're planning a wedding, but they were with us every step of the way. The thought of planning actually gave me horrible anxiety, and this team completely took it all away. From the planning meetings to the rehearsal, they truly know what they're doing—my family and I were so impressed. On top of that, the venue itself was absolutely stunning. ! A huge thank you to Melissa, Kelli, Tiffany, Emily, Ingrid, and Briana—and to the bartenders, who were so incredibly nice and attentive.

Nice place for some wedding party

I truly could not fathom planning a wedding from scratch, as there are 1 million moving parts nowadays. My fiancé and I visited 3 Wedgewood venues when we first got engaged, but Boulder Ridge immediately won our hearts with its natural beauty. The wedding pavilion is nestled amidst the rolling hills of Almaden valley with expansive views of San Jose. Not only that, they had our ideal wedding date available and offered reasonable package pricing quotes during our visit. We said yes to Boulder Ridge and we have absolutely no regrets! The sales team Tiffany, Melissa, and Ingrid made the process go smoothly & were transparent about everything included in the various packages, despite how intimidating everything was. DJ Brian was kind, professional, and mixed all of our requested songs! He made sure there were no tech problems during the wedding and kept the dance floor alive. Our day-of-coordinator Kelli was truly our lifesaver! From the planning meetings, to the rehearsal, and impressively tetris-ing unbelievable amounts of decor onto 1 cart, she did it all. More importantly, she truly protected my peace on my wedding day by being there and supporting my husband & I through every step of the ceremony. You are the BEST Kelli!!! Our banquet captain Emily ensured that our large guest count of 179 was properly fed and taken care of, which was no easy feat. Our chef Alejandro and sous chef Javier delivered delicious perfection for our buffet dinner. The pilaf is to die for! Our fantastic servers Liam, Nate, Gisselle, Olivia, Aliza, and Lucas kept the tables clear and made sure everyone got enough cake (there was a lot of cake). Big shout out to our dishwashers, Shawn-ti and Alessandro, for holding down the fort and making sure there were enough dishes & silverware to go around! Last but certainly not least, huge thank you to our bartenders Diego and Krystal for keeping the libations and good vibes going for our guests! We definitely had a HEAVY flow of guests at the bar all night. Thank you Krystal for hooking us up with our celebratory wedding shots! The entire day was such a blur of activity, but thank you ALL for making the moments memorable. I would highly recommend Wedgewood Weddings for my friends. Between work & life, planning a wedding felt like a full time job. Wedgewood & their vendors held our hands through the entire process and made sure that everything went well in the end. The venue is beautiful! The Food was truly deplorable! The chicken and steak horrible, the steak was over cooked, you could hardly cut through it…guests all left large quantities of food as it was not fit to eat. We had our wedding reception at Boulder Ridge, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations. From the very beginning, the planning process was smooth, organized, and enjoyable. The team was incredibly responsive, professional, and made us feel confident every step of the way. On our wedding day, everything ran seamlessly. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, and our guests couldn't stop talking about how much they loved it. A huge thank you to Emily, Brian, the DJ, and the rest of the event staff for making sure everything stayed on schedule and flowed perfectly. Melissa, Kelly, and Tiffany were amazing throughout the planning process and were always there to answer questions and help with every detail. We especially loved the food, the bar service, and the thoughtful touches throughout the evening. The team even took us out for beautiful sunset photos, which ended up being some of our favorite pictures from the day. They also coordinated effortlessly with florist, cake vendor, and other vendors, making the entire event stress-free for us. One thing that really stood out was how professionally they handled an unexpected water outage. They managed the situation calmly, kept everything under control, and resolved it quickly without affecting our celebration. We couldn't have asked for a better venue or team for our wedding reception. Thank you to everyone at Boulder Ridge for making our day so memorable. We highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a beautiful location with an exceptional staff that truly cares about making your day perfect!
