Google reviewers rate the party equipment rental service 4.9 out of 5 based on 181 reviews, frequently citing professional setup, punctual delivery, and clear communication. Customers often rent bounce houses, tents, tables, and chairs for children's events, noting that the equipment is clean and the staff is responsive to last-minute changes or weather concerns. A minority of negative reviews describe issues with unresponsiveness to phone calls, late arrivals, and equipment cleanliness, though some low-star ratings were later updated after the owner resolved the problems.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Tom and team are amazing. Their communication is above and beyond. Cannot wait to plan my next event with them!
I rented the chairs, tables and tent. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The price was great and the service outstanding. I will be using it for my next event in September. Thank you again ❤️
The team was very professional and they communicated with me in a timely manner. The tent was beautifully put together. We also rented the tables and chairs. My guest were asking where did I rent everything from. I will continue to use their services for future events. The price was great too!

Anirelis, Thank you for the kind words. We look forward to seeing you again in September! Book your exact size at least 1 month in advance. September is our second busiest month of the year. Thank again

Michelle. Thank you very much. We look forward to serving your events in the future.
Renting a bounce house was quick and easy. It was delivered early and worked perfectly. The owner was terrific and the kids loved it for my daughter’s party. Highly recommend!
I filled out the request online and paid a $100 deposit. Called the number provided multiple times, left several messages, and even drove to the two addresses I could find for this “business”, and nothing. I can’t get a hold of anyone, and don’t even know how to get my deposit back. DO NOT USE THEM. 10/31/22 UPDATE: The owner called me and said we’re all set for the weekend. I will update the review by the scheduled date. *crossing fingers*
This was one of the most amazing experiences I've had with a rental vendor and it was my very first time renting from this company. They set up early and came a little later to take away. It worked out perfectly and wasn't intrusive at all - not usually the case. My daughter and her friends were entertained all day and the parents were able to have some time as well. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much! Definitely coming back next year! If not sooner.
