Knowledgeable and efficient. Very service person.
I could tell that Logan went through a layered troubleshooting process for a 4-6 error code (temporary blockage of sensors). I think he only had to power down the keypad to clear the error. He then lubricated all the bearings and explained the life expectancy of the spring. He was very courteous and explained…
He knew what he was doing. The job was completed promptly.
Had two amazing installers, and very knowledgeable would highly recommend them
The technician, Dallas came on time. He was very quick in diagnosing the problem and priced me the solution cost right away. He quickly fixed the problem and offered to recycle the replaced items which was very thoughtful. He was very pleasant and professional and had recommendations for the future and did not try…
Chris and his team did an absolutely amazing job! They were incredibly meticulous, and the garage door is absolutely stunning. Everything was done so neatly and cleanly, they were on time, professional, and really took pride in their work. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product and would highly recommend Chris and Bradbury Garage Doors!
Logan was great! He was very knowledgeable, he told us our options with no upselling, he did a great job on the install, and he explained everything clearly. Highly recommended.
Elizabeth was very friendly and thorough in setting my appointment. Logan Bruce was the technician and he was professional, thorough, made sure he serviced the garage door and not just fix the spring. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.
New door was installed perfectly by Bradbury. Both Chris and Cole were as professional as anyone could ask for, from installation to cleanup this was a great experience. Highly recommend Bradbury Garage Doors!
Great service. Came out within an hour to fix a broken spring.

We had another fantastic experience with Bradbury Garage Doors. From the start, they were responsive, friendly, and easy to work with. Today, Logan came out and absolutely went above and beyond. He replaced our garage door motor and updated several key components, and the difference is incredible. His attention to…
She fixed the issue quickly, and gave good fix recommendation
Bradbury Garage Doors came to our rescue once again! Dallas investigated and solved the problem quickly and efficiently . We needed new springs and an adjustment to the rail height and rebalancing of the garage door. All was done with expert care taken to explain each of the adjustments needed.
Matthew was able to make all repairs quickly and although I didn’t get comparison estimates, I believe I made a good choice choosing Bradbury.
Our garage door (from the 80s) finally kicked the bucket and we needed a replacement. The price quoted from Bradbury was nearly double the price of Home Depot's Clopay garage door partnership. We were told that we were receiving a "great discount" with Bradbury because of my husband's military service but we still…
Call was incredibly polite and friendly, and he demonstrates some real initiative in how he creatively solve the issue with our garage track would definitely have him work on our garage again
Our large garage door spring broke this morning and we could not get a car out to get to work. I called shortly after 7 AM and Sheri answered my voicemail within minutes. Dallas was here a few hours later and not only fixed but upgraded a bunch of parts for our loud, 16 year-old, never serviced garage door.…
Logan was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable.
On time, clear descriptions what needs to be done, and clear on estimates and chooses. A very nice young man. Very helpful and even talked to my daughter on the phone to explain work involved. I’m very pleased with service and Logan.
We recently had our garage doors installed by Bradbury Garage Doors on February 2026, and we’re absolutely thrilled with the results.
