The technician arrived on time and promptly completed the work, but not before calling me and letting me know what needed to be done and what the cost would be. Very impressive service. Thank you!

Tim called 20 minutes before he arrived. He arrived on time. HE smiled and introduced himself. He has a genial nature which is at once disarming and engaging. He looked at the door and motor, and described what needed to be done. I agreed, and he set about doing it. I was surprised how much smoother the door…

Matthew did a great job fixing my garage door. He explained everything he did and went over everything on the invoice. It took about 3 hrs and of course he demonstrated that it worked much better. He didn't try to sell me a new door, although he was honest about not knowing how long his repair on a 40 yr old Genie might last. Very nice person!
Very kind, courteous, timely and efficient. Would recommend!
