Tim called 20 minutes before he arrived. He arrived on time. HE smiled and introduced himself. He has a genial nature which is at once disarming and engaging. Matthew did a great job fixing my garage door. He explained everything he did and went over everything on the invoice. It took about 3 hrs and of course he demonstrated that it worked much better. He didn't try to sell me a new door, although he was honest about not knowing how long his repair on a 40 yr old Genie might last. Very nice person!
Very kind, courteous, timely and efficient. Would recommend!
