Tim called 20 minutes before he arrived. He arrived on time. HE smiled and introduced himself. He has a genial nature which is at once disarming and engaging. He looked at the door and motor, and described what needed to be done. I agreed, and he set about doing it. I was surprised how much smoother the door…

Matthew did a great job fixing my garage door. He explained everything he did and went over everything on the invoice. It took about 3 hrs and of course he demonstrated that it worked much better. He didn't try to sell me a new door, although he was honest about not knowing how long his repair on a 40 yr old Genie might last. Very nice person!
Very kind, courteous, timely and efficient. Would recommend!

Have had them out multiple times and they have always been on time, professional, and fairly priced. Were able to fit me in next day this time to repair my garage door so it could close fully. Tim was great. We desperately needed to have the opener replaced as escrow was to close within a day. Our garage door (from the 80s) finally kicked the bucket and we needed a replacement. The price quoted from Bradbury was nearly double the price of Home Depot's Clopay garage door partnership.
