Tim called 20 minutes before he arrived. He arrived on time. HE smiled and introduced himself. He has a genial nature which is at once disarming and engaging. He looked at the door and motor, and described what needed to be done. I agreed, and he set about doing it. I was surprised how much smoother the door…
Refreshing to get honesty and fair pricing after our garage opener failed. Matthew and Dan were very helpful in finding the best solution. They are not in the worthless Home Warranty network, who were dishonest and not helpful. Paying for service and quality was worth it.

My garage door sounded like an old lady who huffs, puffs, creaks and groans when she went up and down. It was time for a maintenance call. Bradbury is my go-to. I am frequently recommending them to friends in person and strangers on NextDoor. PS - My garage door is now like a new woman who can bend, twist and do burpees without a sound.
Matthew did a great job fixing my garage door. He explained everything he did and went over everything on the invoice. It took about 3 hrs and of course he demonstrated that it worked much better. He didn't try to sell me a new door, although he was honest about not knowing how long his repair on a 40 yr old Genie might last. Very nice person!

Have had them out multiple times and they have always been on time, professional, and fairly priced. Were able to fit me in next day this time to repair my garage door so it could close fully. After being scammed last year, it was a relief to have a competent, honest technician who could analyze the problem, take the time to explain why the garage door got off track and froze, offer options for addressing the problem, and then give me a cost proposal before proceeding.
