Great customer service. Jim is super helpful and kind! They always give us discounts and don’t try to sell us on stuff we don’t need. When I bring my toddler in and we are waiting for our service to be done— they always put a movie on for him, offer crayons or snacks. Super great, glad we started getting our services here.

Called last minute to get an oil change and air filter replacement. Jimmy was able to fit me in with a reasonable service time and reasonable prices. Ray was exceptional to talk to as he got us set up.

Alex was amazing very helpful. Very kind. Kept it straight with me on what was my problem with my car showed me my problems with my car. I couldn’t ask for anybody else better I was very confused so he was very helpful through it all definitely deserves a raise.

At least they changed my oil for my oil change. Be prepared to wait around for your appointment, even if you have an opening appointment. First , I'd like to thank brake plus for all the hard work that they have done to my vehicle. Johnny the manager is very honest and he will let you know what your car needs before working on it. I would recommend this brake plus to anyone.

I get my oil done here and regular maintenance and have no complaints. Been struggling to find a solution to my AC on my tundra. Brakes plus took care of me, got me in right away and got everything done same day for a Recharge. They also found the solution to my A/C continously going out. I went in on Monday, for a brake check, and oil change. The technicians decided to use a different oil type without consulting me first. I will be using another location or company in the future.
