Brakes Plus

Great customer service. Jim is super helpful and kind! They always give us discounts and don’t try to sell us on stuff we don’t need. When I bring my toddler in and we are waiting for our service to be done— they always put a movie on for him, offer crayons or snacks. Super great, glad we started getting our services here.

Excellent customer service. Jim was awesome

Jim and Ray are awesome- so helpful!

Called last minute to get an oil change and air filter replacement. Jimmy was able to fit me in with a reasonable service time and reasonable prices. Ray was exceptional to talk to as he got us set up.

Welcoming and very helpful!

Jim and his team were very kind and knowledgeable, took care of everything the car needed and had accurate time estimates. Thank you all so much for a great experience.

Always a pleasure! They go above and beyond every time. Great customer service !!!!

Great honest service! Ask for Alex great customer service. I have been to this location a few times and will continue.

Had taken my car to them in the past, but needed a quick oil change and decided to go to one of the drive and go spots. After some time they had said that the last shop had stripped my filter housing and that they were unable to get it off. I thought this was weird and that they had possibly done it but had no proof… Read full review

At least they changed my oil for my oil change. Be prepared to wait around for your appointment, even if you have an opening appointment. So, I was told I needed to replace my shocks and struts because that is what is recommended for the mileage, but thank goodness I already got that done, maybe they should have… Read full review

Very reliable and honest service. Came here to get an oil change and received great customer service. The associates are all great.

My oil change light came on this morning before I started heading to work. Already I was hesitant to go back to this store due to prior oil changes and alignment work, but it was right by my place of work. Roughly 2 hours later I get the call that my oil change is done and head there during my break. Upon entering… Read full review

Absolutely remarkable team! Saved me some money for the holidays and saved my car lol ❤️

Fast, friendly and informative. They keep you in the loop on all they do

I went in on Monday, for a brake check, and oil change. The technicians decided to use a different oil type without consulting me first. I will be using another location or company in the future.

I had several things that needed to be done and was very happy with the service.

Had my oil changed at this location. James was great. Friendly, efficient and he kept me updated on the process. I will be back.

Very happy with this company, they have helped me on numerous occasions with all my automotive repair needed, thank you guys.

Very streamlined and comfortable experience. GM certified tech on staff. Proper hydraulic lift for a LOF, and inspection. I'd trust them with my corvette.

Quick knowledgeable and professional with great prices and deals. What more can you ask for. I will be back!

Took my daughters car in for just an oil change. When I picked up the car later in the day, I noticed that the passenger window would not go up. The window was up when I dropped the car off. So someone at the store put it down and just left it. Didn't tell me it was broken when I picked it up. The car was left with… Read full review
