This was my first time at Brakes Plus. From my phone interaction with Bob and the service I received when I arrived , it was a great experience. Lonzo the manager was amazing. He kept me updated on my truck and provided great customer service. The whole staff was very nice and courteous!!! Recommend 100%

Al has kept my 1997 jeep running since we got here in 2002.!!!! When the dealer told my wife her car needed new brakes and tires . .Brakes Plus looked her car over. Brakes and tires were FINE! That's another dealer that won't ever see us .

I highly recommend coming to this location. I didn't have an appointment but Ian our service advisor made sure my car was taken in right away. The whole staff was awesome and even offered my daughter crayons and paper to color. Thank you everyone!
