As a person from out of state to find this place in Arizona I was truly impressed with a customer service I was provided. I am from Salt Lake City, Utah. Made an appointment and showed up on time for a 1pm oil change and tire rotation, and they didn't get my car in until almost an hour after my scheduled time and didn't begin working on it until 2 hours after I arrived. I didn't close out until after 4pm. The guy working the front desk was very friendly, but I was… Read full review

Fast and professional! Had my oil changed and alignment done for under $200 and in less than the 2 hours I was quoted. My new go to!

If you’re a minority do not bring your car they are extremely racist and disrespectful they put something in my car and ruined it. Told me my car was gonna explode after my oil change and they left oil all over my engine and radiator. Do not trust them with you vehicle i had to go somewhere else and was told they… Read full review

The guys at the Avondale location were top-tier! They’re knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and communicative. The first time I came in, they weren’t able to accommodate me that day, which was totally fine, but they still made the experience great. The team was cracking jokes, and one of them even went to grab… Read full review

Scott and Tanner are THE BEST! I took my Jeep in for a normal oil change and for them to take a peek at the breaks. Turns out I needed back breaks desperately so they worked hard to get the right coupons and bring my bill down to a reasonable amount. Gotta love these guys for going waaaay beyond call of duty! Wonderful friendly attitude from service staff combined with timely and professional service!!!

They were able to get me in as a walkin after I accidentally made an appointment at another location! They were quick and super kind.

Al has kept my 1997 jeep running since we got here in 2002.!!!! When the dealer told my wife her car needed new brakes and tires . .Brakes Plus looked her car over. Brakes and tires were FINE! That's another dealer that won't ever see us .

The adviser, Josh, did a great job. Extremely knowlegeable, friendly, efficient. He saved me a lot of money

I came to this place the first time for an oil change and after that brake plus has been my mechanic to go whenever I need something repaired. They take their time to explain the issues and even take me to the car so I can see the problems myself. They are very knowledgeable and professional, they have free WIFI,… Read full review

Several years ago, I needed to find a shop for my son's beloved Lexus ES330 to be repaired. My son is autistic, has severe anxiety, and babies his car, so it was a very big deal for him to take it to the shop. After trying several automotive repair companies including some big names in town, Howard and his crew at this Brakes Plus in Avondale far exceeded anyone I’ve used in the past. I had another mechanic diagnose my AC on my work van. He recommended a recharge and added Freon…it never fixed the problem. Another company… Read full review

Always great communicators and they don’t seem to ever try to sell me on anything that I dont need. Ultra trustworthy.

Great service and awesome staff

Good and fast oil change. If you're female, expect one of the mechanics to try and sell you extra unwanted services and a credit card.
