I came to this place the first time for an oil change and after that brake plus has been my mechanic to go whenever I need something repaired. They take their time to explain the issues and even take me to the car so I can see the problems myself. They are very knowledgeable and professional, they have free WIFI,…
Several years ago, I needed to find a shop for my son's beloved Lexus ES330 to be repaired. My son is autistic, has severe anxiety, and babies his car, so it was a very big deal for him to take it to the shop. We took it to Brakes Plus and they were so very respectful of his anxiety about it getting scratched. Since…
Have taken my 06 civic here on multiple occasions for regular service and major repairs and always have a great experience. Allen and his team are great!
I was expecting an hour wait for a simple front end alignment. However, it became more of a costly problem and longer wait to fix. I am happy the team did notify me in advance and explained the problem and the solution. I was immediately put at ease and trusted the team to be honest and efficient. All were…
After trying several automotive repair companies including some big names in town, Howard and his crew at this Brakes Plus in Avondale far exceeded anyone I’ve used in the past. I had another mechanic diagnose my AC on my work van. He recommended a recharge and added Freon…it never fixed the problem. Another company…

I set $150 aside to see if I could get my brakes fixed on my '03 Volvo S80. I dropped my car off at the Avondale, AZ location. They called me back & said my brakes would be about $400. I said I couldn't afford that & was on my way to pick up my car. When I got my car back, it was profusely leaking fluid & they first…
