As a person from out of state to find this place in Arizona I was truly impressed with a customer service I was provided. I am from Salt Lake City, Utah. Robert was the first gentleman to help me out. KC came to finish helping me out in the counter and take care of the particular needs that I wanted. I want a…
Made an appointment and showed up on time for a 1pm oil change and tire rotation, and they didn't get my car in until almost an hour after my scheduled time and didn't begin working on it until 2 hours after I arrived. I didn't close out until after 4pm. The guy working the front desk was very friendly, but I was…
I always come here for my oil changes and they always have great customer service, great communication, and work quickly. I’ve never had a bad experience coming here.
Robert was fantastic help today. He made everything super easy and was completely transparent about what was needed. Definitely recommended because of his friendly service.
I’ve been coming to this location for 10+ years they are always efficient & honest. 10/10 service!
The guys at the Avondale location were top-tier! They’re knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and communicative. The first time I came in, they weren’t able to accommodate me that day, which was totally fine, but they still made the experience great. The team was cracking jokes, and one of them even went to grab…
A co workers recommended me here. Came in for an oil change. They re filled my windshield washer fluid & did inspections for free as well as a $20 discount. Chase was very informative, professional, & friendly. The manager and crew were as well. I was informed & brought into the work garage where my vehicle was to…
Wonderful friendly attitude from service staff combined with timely and professional service!!!
They were able to get me in as a walkin after I accidentally made an appointment at another location! They were quick and super kind.
Several years ago, I needed to find a shop for my son's beloved Lexus ES330 to be repaired. My son is autistic, has severe anxiety, and babies his car, so it was a very big deal for him to take it to the shop. We took it to Brakes Plus and they were so very respectful of his anxiety about it getting scratched. Since…
Have taken my 06 civic here on multiple occasions for regular service and major repairs and always have a great experience. Allen and his team are great!
Great service with great workers and a great price. Will definitely use them again. Thanks a bunch.

Kati was my service advisor this time around. Usually Hector is the one I end up working with. But I can honestly say that they're both knowledgeable and quick with helping customers. I brought my truck in today thinking it needed a good amount of maintenance done. To my surprise, other than two basic things,…
