Brakes Plus

I had a great experience with Alonso. He accommodated me with a same-day appointment for my brakes and alignment, took the time to explain what services I'd need next, and broke down the pricing clearly. In today's economy, getting honest service and being able to use coupons means a lot. Thank you, Alonso!

Alonso have a great attitude

Great service by Henry!!!! Very professional such a welcoming environment.

Took the car to a different place that said I needed wheel alignment, came here to double check and they were honest about it not needing it!

Robert was fantastic help today. He made everything super easy and was completely transparent about what was needed. Definitely recommended because of his friendly service.

Great customer service all the guys there are very helpful and my car was fixed within good amount of time.

Awesome customer service. Very friendly and professional. Was explained everything going on with my vehicle every step of the way and was updated constantly. Definitely recommend stopping by when needed.

Fast and professional! Had my oil changed and alignment done for under $200 and in less than the 2 hours I was quoted. My new go to!

Made an appointment with Brakes Plus to see if I needed an alignment. Had an alignment last year by another company but my vehicle felt weird while driving . They performed the alignment and checked the wear and tear on my tires. Casey proceeded with the check out for me when my vehicle was ready. He showed me the… Read full review

I scheduled a simple wheel alignment for 10:00 a.m., but unfortunately I was not seen until nearly two hours later. I made the appointment specifically to avoid a long wait, so the delay was very disappointing. While I understand shops can get busy, better communication and respect for scheduled times would go a… Read full review

Brakes Plus in Avondale is a great shop to go to if you having any problems with your car. I have been going to them for the past year. Pierre, Allen, Shane and Chase will get your car together. Very reasonable price, great customer service.

Been taking my cars here for years and they have yet to let me down. They always go above and beyond, being up front and are extremely outgoing and kind. They even remember me and my mess of a Nissan 350z haha. I recommend Brakes Plus here specifically as they will do things in a timely manner that always surprises… Read full review

Great customer service "Best Prices" I searched 4 other shops and none of them can compare to Brakes Plus. i dropped my car off without an appointment and they had me in and out within 2 hours.....goodbye Greulich!!!

I came here all the time for my cars to do oil change and alignment. They get it done quick and right. However, I am adjusting my 5 stars to 1 stars since my transmission failed due to having transmission fluid changed here (unusual noises, rising engine temp, hard idle, slipping, and stuck gears). The car… Read full review

Al has kept my 1997 jeep running since we got here in 2002.!!!! When the dealer told my wife her car needed new brakes and tires . .Brakes Plus looked her car over. Brakes and tires were FINE! That's another dealer that won't ever see us .

Great customer service! I went in early for my appointment and took me in a lil early. My car had some issues and they made sure the job was done right before they were done. I will be returning to this location!

The services is always exceptional everyone is polite and helpful and if I have a question I ask or call them up and they'll answer them, I bought 3 different vehicles and I bring them here for oil changes, brakes and what ever my vehicle needs very satisfactory employees I couldn't ask for better....thank you so much team brakes plus..... I came to this place the first time for an oil change and after that brake plus has been my mechanic to go whenever I need something repaired. Several years ago, I needed to find a shop for my son's beloved Lexus ES330 to be repaired. My son is autistic, has severe anxiety, and babies his car, so it was a very big deal for him to take it to the shop. We took it to Brakes Plus and they were so very respectful of his anxiety about it getting scratched. Since… Read full review

I came here about a week ago. I have a 2012 jeep that needed a alignment. I dropped my car off. They called me later telling me my alignment bearings were tearing apart 😩. They asked me how long have I had them, I said 2012. Lol no wonder why the car was falling apart. So they slapped some brand new ones. And even… Read full review

After trying several automotive repair companies including some big names in town, Howard and his crew at this Brakes Plus in Avondale far exceeded anyone I’ve used in the past. I had another mechanic diagnose my AC on my work van. He recommended a recharge and added Freon…it never fixed the problem. Another company… Read full review
