Customers frequently highlight the company's punctuality, professional communication, and reasonable pricing for services like tree removal, trimming, and stump grinding. Reviewers often note that crews work efficiently, handle complex situations involving power lines or tall trees with care, and leave job sites thoroughly cleaned. The primary criticism involves a lack of follow-up on specific estimates and an inability to remove dead limbs from high branches, which some clients found inconsistent with professional standards.

I just had a large diseased tree removed on my property in Worcester. I contacted Dave at Branch Manager tree service and he quickly responded. He quoted a reasonable estimate which we agreed upon.
