When we have more work done I would like to have Elias and Fredy be the ones to do it. They are fantastic. Work done in a timely manner and done correctly. Very personable. Listened to what I had to say and fixed the problem.

Initial visit to discuss customer's upgrade desires of two bathrooms. Fredy was able to spec items and prepare an estimate during the visit. This was unexpected and appreciated.
Very professional business with excellent communication. Highly recommend
Amazing! I have had them do several jobs for me. This last one is a bathroom remodel. Everything they do is professional, above board and no surprises. Everyone from the office staff and owner to the trainee plumbers are kind, knowledgeable and go above and beyond. I don't have to search for a plumber anymore.
Excellent service from Brass Monkey. Chris was great. Knowledgeable, courteous, fair, and thorough. I appreciate counting on professional help when I get outside my own skill level, in this case getting a rusted stuck anode rod removed for replacement. Price was higher than I hoped, but I’m also saving money in the long run by extending the life of my water heater and Chris gave me several home-owner tips that will save me money later. Booking and payment was also easy. Highly recommend.
Chris did great at listening to what I needed. And he gave me the best help ever! The folks who would install my frig said I needed one thing, but Chris figured out what I really needed and provided that. And he explained everything in detail so that I could understand. It is so nice to feel "heard." And because there was really not much work for him to do, he didn't charge me! Way to go, Brass Monkey Plumbing and Chris. You're the best!
