When we have more work done I would like to have Elias and Fredy be the ones to do it. They are fantastic. Work done in a timely manner and done correctly. Very personable. Listened to what I had to say and fixed the problem.

Great experience with Brass Monkey Plumbing Chris and Gavin were very helpful and knowledgeable with our plumbing needs. Work was done safely and efficiently, at a fair price. First time customer but will definitely call them again for our plumbing needs! Thanks Brass Monkey!

Elias, Steve and Fredy are my hero's — Brass Monkey re-piped our whole house! They’ve saved us 4 or 5 times at least! We got quotes from four contractors before choosing Brass Monkey, and it wasn't even close. Elias and Steve, guided by supervisor Fredy, repiped our entire home with professionalism and… Read full review

Chris was on time and willing to fit into tight places in order to get the job done way to go!

Very thorough and got the job done correctly and to specifications.

Detail oriented and very informative. He provided options and information about upkeep and future restoration.

It was great service. It was a difficult job because of the location of the water leak but it was fixed with minimal cut to drywall. I was happy with the final result!

He was knowledgeable and professional and knew his job and did what needed done to complete the job in a timely manner.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything to me.

Fredy, Steve, and Elias have been phenomenal with our extensive plumbing issue/repairs. Would recommend this fantastic company and guys for any plumbing issues or projects. Excellent communications throughout!!!

So easy to work so professional. Cleaned up and gone quick with a perfect job. We love our new Kitchen sink fixture.

Quick response and friendly service. Will definitely call again with any future plumbing issues.

Great with follow up and a wonderful company to work with all the way around!

I met with 3 different plumbers to diagnose the problem and Jesse was the only one to offer same day service. He was able to explain the issue and answer questions professionally, offering several options for how to move forward. Despite his impressive stature he still squeezed into the crawl space to get the information he needed.

Brass Monkey was professional, timely and super informative. Gavin and Chris were so nice and explained everything along the way. They cared about fixing my plumbing issue the right way and making sure I understood everything that was going on. Highly recommend them!

Fair pricing, prompt service, good communication through out. The financing option helped as well!

Very friendly, did a great job on what we needed done! We will be using them again!

Fredy did an excellent job on getting the plastic piece that was stuck down my bathroom drain out. He was so polite and didn't even charge me! I am a customer for life, Thanks again Fredy ( :

These guys go above and beyond to make sure the job is done right. Long story short, we have had multiple leaks at our house over the past few years, and they have done an incredible job and are very fair when it comes to pricing. It’s a great local company and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

This is our second use of Brass Monky Plumbing and we are as impressed with the service this time as last. Freddy was prompt, professional, and quite knowledgeable. Our issue was resolved very quickly and he explained options that would help us avoid or slow down the cause I talked with him about a couple other… Read full review

Chris and Brass Monkey were amazing. It can be hard to find people who are really good at their job and deliver what they promised. I will use them on all my projects

We have been Brass Monkey customers since Nathaniel started the company, installed our tankless hot water heater. When it came time to do a repipe of the entire house two years ago, Brass Monkey came out and did AMAZING WORK. They ended up repiping our neighbors house as well! We just had them back out for a leak… Read full review

Thank you Brass Monkey- you have saved me twice with plumbing issues and provided excellent service!

No surprises. Called with a problem late in the day, plumber shows up the next day, gives me two options with estimates, I chose one, work is done, I pay the plumber. Perfect. No surprises.

Chris kept me informed of his arrival time. He advised me how the company works. They have set prices and dont charge by the hour. He was patient and answered all my questions and showed me pricing options to choose from. He got me in contact with scheduling and I have an appointment set up. He was courteous and put… Read full review

Very honest people! They are very professional and high quality service. I have been ripped off by big and small companies when I remodeled my house. Truly Brass Monkey Plumbing is the most honest company I have hired. I will not have anyone do plumbing at my house but them. Thank you for fixing my bathroom leak today Chris 🙏

Prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, explained everything.

Fredy was super friendly and helpful. I feel like the service I’m going to get with this company is well worth the cost. He was knowledgeable and precise. He went in my crawlspace numerous times to get his information correct and it made me feel reassured that everything was checked off. I’m excited to have a trusted plumbing service now.

I’m a general contractor. After going through three different plumbers I am happy to say I will always go with Brass Monkey Plumbing first. Every member I deal with always treats my project with the same care and respect that I do. That’s number one for me, but they also back it up with knowledge, experience, and… Read full review

You cannot go wrong with these guys. Fair Prices, Fast Service, Quality Work and Good People.

Noticed a soft spot on my ceiling and knew it had to be our master shower that was leaking. Sure enough it was started to leak pretty bad down into our kitchen area. I have used Brass Monkey a number of times. I keep returning. Chris was diligent, polite and careful. Prompt, professional and very courteous. Great communication and contact with customer. Recommend highly.

The whole team was fantastic to work with. I would highly recommend for any plumbing work.

I’ve used Nate twice but it was his first visit that pretty much assured he will be a plumbing “fixture” here. He’s earnestly polite, which is lacking in business in this day and age and you’re comfortable having him in your home immediately. His work is neat, thorough, and respectful. He clearly knows his… Read full review

Brass Monkey is the only plumbing contractor I trust. Honest, reliable, and quality work.

The professional came in politely and evaluated the situation and gave a quote then did the repair very quickly. I could not give a better review. Honest and reasonable.

This is our 2nd time with Brass Monkey - Nathaniel is always professional, friendly and our experience has always been great

Nathanial at Brass Monkey Plumbing was amazing, he got my faucet fixed quickly, and came in a pinch when I had to install a sink within hours of my dads arrival, who is disabled. Had a couple of leaky sinks, Nathaniel looked at them figured out it was just an easy fix. He also installed a water filter & insta hot water faucet in our kitchen. He was quick and did a quality job. Nathaniel is professional and friendly. We will be using Brass Monkey Plumbing for future projects.

We had several plumbing projects that Nathanial tackled with excellence and professionalism. He also made recommendations that helped solve our plumbing issues. We will definitely use Brass Monkey Plumbing for all future plumbing needs and highly recommend them to family and friends.

Very prompt service and direct about the job’s pricing and timing. I was referred to this company due to the heavy load of other more local companies, and I am very happy with the work that was done in my crawl space piping and spigot replacements. Just give them a call if you need any plumbing work done and you’ll know exactly what your job entails.
