Very thorough and got the job done correctly and to specifications.

Technician was nice, was timely. However I felt the price was a bit high for a kitchen sink declog and a gasket replacement. Was $580..but I guess at least the inspection was free.

I had two toilets installed. Chris and Gavin the apprentice came and evaluated my water pressure and other plumbing issues. Brass Monkey Technician Chris came out this afternoon for a follow-up visit to drain hot water heater and inspect the sewer system. He did a fantastic job. Chris was on time, worked quickly, and left everything perfectly clean. I am very happy with their service and highly recommend them!

These guys go above and beyond to make sure the job is done right. Long story short, we have had multiple leaks at our house over the past few years, and they have done an incredible job and are very fair when it comes to pricing. Fredy from Brass Monkey Plumbing was outstanding. He provided me a few options and explained the pros and cons of each. The quote was very reasonable and the service was completed in a timely manor. I'm very pleased with the whole experience and would definitely recommend.

Fredy came by today and replaced some shut offs under the sink. Super professional and respectful. He made good conversation, and made sure to verify things with me before he did them. Highly recommend Brass Monkey. We’ve used them before, and will continue to keep using them!

Today was our second time using Brass Monkey plumbing for a repair job at our house and we had Fredy helping us this time. Fredy was super helpful and explained the process well!
