Brass Monkey Technician Chris came out this afternoon for a follow-up visit to drain hot water heater and inspect the sewer system. He did a fantastic job. Chris was on time, worked quickly, and left everything perfectly clean. I am very happy with their service and highly recommend them!

The plumber from Brass Monkey plumbing, Fredy, was awesome. He was very thorough and. Because he was so thorough, he found a major issue we didn’t even know we had and fixed it. Highly recommend brass monkey plumbing.

Had a valve problem with a tub/shower combo. Chris called us with a 15 minute ETA and arrived at that time. Chris was very polite and professional (even used shoe covers inside our home).Chris had the problem fixed very quickly with no mess. Would recommend to anyone who needs a plumber who does a great job!

Brass Monkey always has my best interest in mind. With a difficult job here they have consulted several times prior to work and billing. I can see their priority is on doing the job right.

We have used Brass Monkey on a couple of different occasions now. We couldn't be happier with the quality of their work. The team is knowledgeable, honest, and always does great job while also cleaning up afterwards. After working with other plumbers previously I will definitely be going to Brass Monkey from now on.

Nathaniel did a great job multiple times for me. His practice of giving you an estimate on site before beginning work that was not part of a bid is much appreciated! He is also willing to offer alternative solutions when they exist even when it might be at a lower cost.

Nathaniel and his partner quickly diagnosed our water leakage (caulking issue around old faucets) and repaired it.
