our service people were Alex and Freddy. they called 1st and were able to arrive early. Kept us aware of their progress. cleaned up, We are quite happy with Brass Monkey and the cost was within our budget! I wish they would have left some business cards. It's handy to have at home when a neighbor asks about their service.
