I can hardly begin to express the peace, flow, serenity, and balance that I felt in my body after I was done with the class. I totally get it's now! This is what people are going for! It's about bringing your mind and your body back into balance and harmony and moving that chaotic energy on out. This studio was so warm and welcoming and chic and I felt a true Sisterhood with the girls there. It was clean and warm and welcoming and the owner was so gracious and knowledgeable! I am so excited to make this a part of my life moving forward!
