I absolutely love this Pilates studio! The classes are amazing, and all of the instructors are phenomenal. They make every class such a great experience, and the atmosphere is so welcoming. The childcare is seriously a game changer! I have a very needy toddler who usually refuses to stay anywhere without me, and this is the ONLY gym childcare where they actually stay and do well. That alone says so much about how amazing and caring the staff is! I’m willing to make a 20-minute commute just to come to this studio because it’s THAT good. Being able to get an amazing workout in without worrying about my toddler makes such a huge difference. I’m so grateful I found this place and can’t recommend it enough! 💗🤍🫶

I love Sweatform! The vibe, the teachers everything! I started at Sweatform over a year and half ago. They have always made me feel at home and have made me feel so comfortable when I was brand new too it! They have childcare and now I do the childcare for them as well! Everyone is so nice and it’s honestly my happy place!
Pilates in general is a great, low impact way to get back into working out after taking time off. Sweat form has been great at seeing that beginner level and adding to it. The foundation class is great at clarifying form, position and other basics. But the best gift is the patient instructors who help you through the motions to see results. I’m new but I’m pleased with what I’ve seen in my first 5 classes.
Paige and Aysha are the best! I love taking their classes and they’re both so encouraging and supportive!
