Brian is a true professional that cares about his clients and truly knows what he is doing! He did a great job inspecting our new home and we would definitely use him for any future home purchases!
We had a great experience with Brian as the inspector at our (soon to be) new house. He met with us towards the end and walked through many of his findings, staying at least an hour later than he would have had to in order to just complete the inspection. We really appreciated the thoroughness and the very detailed and picture-filled report. There was no need to reach back out to him with questions because everything we could need to ask was laid out in photos and in writing. The turnaround time was very fast which is always important during the inspection period. Look no further, you have found a great inspector.
