Benjamin and Fernando were professional and efficient. Benjamin explained what was necessary to complete the work and went over the completed work . He also showed where some potential failures could be addressed.
Exceptional customer service. I noticed a leak in my hot water heater on a Friday evening, left a voicemail, and got a phone call after hours to walk through the issue. I had scheduled service for Monday at 11:30 and I had a new hot water heater installed by 1 PM. Benjamin was extremely professional and walked me…
Did a great job. Very efficient.
Brisc came the same day I called to diagnose and replace a water heater. Robert and his colleague wore foot protectors, used a mat for the steps, cleaned up and even cane back to show me where the water valves were ( after leaving job!) They came in and conquered. A1 communication and arrived on time they said…

Great company! Called and got a new water heater in on the same day. Very nice and easy to work with.
We called Brisc to come out because we had, what we thought was sediment in our hot water. After the tech inspected the water heater he said it was just air bubbles. But since our water heater was 9 years old, he said it could be a sign it's failing. We agreed to have a new one installed. Two days after it was…

Highly recommended! Responded to inquiry for a quote regarding installing a new water heater and water softener in a timely manner. Old units were 19 years old and starting to show problems.
