Gave them a call sewer back-up came with in the hour. Repair whole inside and outside sewer line All up to code and inform you of daily tasks be done.
Ben came to check out my heat tapes. He let me know the process and upfront costs. Took care of the check quickly. Ben was very courteousand professional. Thank you
Leaky drain pipe from my kitchen sink and dishwasher Cesario came out and gave me multiple options. Matt and Mike then came and did the work! As always, the Brisc plumbers worked hard while they are here… and were conscientious of me in the home. After work completed Matt did a great job explaining all they did and the “ why”! Love that!

Benjamin and his patent partner showed up quickly. They replaced my water heater, removed the old one, and fixed a leaky tub fixture. Excellent job. Thank you.

Nobody wants to pay weekend rates, and nobody wants to have sewage bubbling up from their basement, drain, but given the circumstances, Jonah at Brisc Plumbing did everything he could to stick to the time he thought it would take to do his emergency work and was back in just a couple days to finish the work during normal business hours. Was it cheap? Emergency Plumbing just isn’t gonna be. We knew that. But he was reassuring, informative, and efficient. Can’t ask much more out of a plumber in such dire circumstances. Shout out to whoever took our call for getting us in touch with him because the on-call person was over an hour away and they found Jonah locally to help us out. Fantastic response! Couldn’t have asked for a better response under the circumstances!
