Excellent work!! They are very detailed and do not rush their jobs. My carpets looked brand new!! I would highly recommend them!!
Thank you for thefollowup service...good job!!
Friendly, professional and efficient, carpets look great.
Even though scheduling was a little wonky they still had good communication. The two young men were very polite. The carpet cleaning was quick, however I’m not sure if that compromised quality. It took at least 4 hours for our carpets to dry and it left a stiff texture. The plus side is that they don’t have an odor…
Arrived right on time and was impressed how well everything looked and was very thorough! It took a bit longer than expected but the quality and value were perfect for what we needed! We will definitely be using their services again in the future!!
On time,fantastic job, and prompt
They responded quickly to my request for a quote, and were very helpful and prompt. Service was on time and fast, and the cleaning team was polite and professional. The results were better than expected on older carpet and upholstery - great quality! I would definitely use their services again!
From start to finish, I had a great experience. Communication was great the entire time. The initial quote over the phone was accurate, I received an email the day before the cleaning as a reminder, and a text message the morning of giving an accurate time the service would begin. The gentleman doing the cleaning…

The Brown Family Chem-Dry were outstanding. Every phase of the process was exactly how you need it to be to receive exceptional service. I highly recommend them for any cleaning services you might need. Support small businesses so they can sport their families. Life is good. Thank you, Brown family. Well done!
Top tier quality and service. The only carpet cleaning company I use.
The staff is friendly, punctual and informative. Our carpets look so good! The only thing that did take longer than we expected was for the carpet to dry completely. We just waited until the next day to put back our small furniture. No big deal. We are very pleased with the service we received and will use them again in the future!
They were on-time, Professional, thorough, the carpets look great. I would recommend!

The gentleman were professional and courteous
Fantastic service! I really enjoyed the personal experience offered by "mom and the boys." Overall, you can just tell when people are good and wholesome, and they certainly are. It was a pleasure to work with them. Showed up on time, cleaned efficiently and thoroughly and were professionals through and through. Highly recommended.
Josh and, sorry forgot the other man's name, were so personable! They made me feel comfortable letting them into my home. My rug looks 1000% better! Carpet was dry in a couple of hours. I will use them again and encourage people to check them out.
Chem-Dry got back to me right away and had great availability. They got rid of the pet odor/stains and in no time at all. I was also pleased that the carpet dried within a few hours. I will definitely use them again.
Excellent job carpet looks like new.
Wow ! What a great family business from mom Cheryl setting up the schedule to the boys coming out and taking care of business to dad Ray checking to see all is in order. You can’t go wrong with the Brown family. Top notch group five stars !!! Highly recommend

Brown Family Chem-Dry in Carlsbad CA just left after doing an A+, 5 star, exceptional job on our carpets. On time, great price, no bogus "visit charge", and the carpets look fantastic. A couple spots we tried to remove are gone too. We couldn't be happier with the results, the company, the price, and the people.
Family company with pride of ownership. Every encounter from email, text, and in person was professional. The young men who did the work were polite, thorough and efficient. The carpet looks amazing! I would highly recommend this company!
Would highly recommend. From scheduling through the actual service itself, they were so professional and responsive.
The team was fantastic from a price quote all the through the cleaning.
The two brothers worked for over an hour cleaning our carpeted stairway since we have tile & plank vinyl in the rest if the house. The result was a near miraculous transition in the carpet…it actually looked better than new! There was no odor or residue, & the carpet was totally dry when they left. We will…
Excellent quality and value. Really enjoyed meeting the boys, and really like their service restoring our kitchen counter that now looks like new. Great family business!
I always have the best experience with them! They are extremely professional and personable and always do such a great job. They have the best customer service and I highly recommend them for any service!
