The technicians at Brown Family Chem Dry are always punctual, and do a great job. Happy to have this company in my home every 6 months to keep my carpets and rugs fresh and clean! From start with Olivia scheduling my appointment, to finish with Evan and Zack as technicians - everything was perfect. Thanks as always Brown Family Chem Dry.
Even though scheduling was a little wonky they still had good communication. The two young men were very polite. The carpet cleaning was quick, however I’m not sure if that compromised quality. It took at least 4 hours for our carpets to dry and it left a stiff texture. The plus side is that they don’t have an odor…
Josh and Evan were thorough, professional and quick. We recommend them, call and make an appointment. Our carpet had been claimed by our dog in a couple spots and now there's zero odor, plus the shampoo they use smells so good! We'll be calling Brown Family Chem-dry again in the future.
I thought my carpet was hopeless and was considering getting estimates on replacing it. But I saw an ad for Chem Dry and decided to give them a call instead. I'm so happy I did. Zack and Evan did a fantastic job. They cleaned, removed the stains and deodorized it. Plus, they were super cool guys. I enjoyed chatting…

Top tier quality and service. The only carpet cleaning company I use.
Great service and the best carpet cleaning. Will use them again!
This is my go to crew for carpets in our rental. They are a responsive, quick, professional and friendly, family owned business. Highly recommended. PS and if you are having a tough day, a calming conversation with Mama Brown will get to back to great. Thanks Brown Family.

Where do I begin. Josh & Noah were great! Friendly, informative, new their product, professional, clean. They did an outstanding job! I would recommend them to anyone!
Chem-Dry got back to me right away and had great availability. They got rid of the pet odor/stains and in no time at all. I was also pleased that the carpet dried within a few hours. I will definitely use them again.
Brown Family Chem-Dry in Carlsbad CA just left after doing an A+, 5 star, exceptional job on our carpets. On time, great price, no bogus "visit charge", and the carpets look fantastic. A couple spots we tried to remove are gone too. We couldn't be happier with the results, the company, the price, and the people.
They did an amazing job, the carpet looked brand new and smelled nice. So impressed with how efficient and thorough they were. 100% will use them in the future.
Family company with pride of ownership. Every encounter from email, text, and in person was professional. The young men who did the work were polite, thorough and efficient. The carpet looks amazing! I would highly recommend this company!

We used Brown Family chem-dry to clean our carpets when we moved out of our rental home. I wish I knew about them when we moved in! Josh showed up on time. He looked over what I wanted to be cleaned. He gave me a quote that agreed with the quote I received over the phone. He then went straight to work. He said it would take him about 2 hours and he was done in about 2 hours. He got out the stains I was concerned about and when he was…

Amazing job! I am so impressed with how thoroughly they cleaned our upholstery and carpets, taking extra time and care to remove stains our previous carpet cleaner said she could not remove (3 years ago!) Everything smells amazing and looks better than it honestly ever has. Highly recommend!!!
