CJ was knowledgeable and helpful. He explained what I was looking at - ant frass on the front porch - and that it was not harmful, but I could choose to have a treatment if I wanted to. He inspected for termites as well. I appreciate his honesty and his information. I will use this company in the future if I need a pest control solution.

Josh lets me know the day before when he will arrive and then calls shortly before hand. Great at explaining what he is finding and why changes to stations are needed. He is personable and outgoing.

Great customer service. Friendly technician. I have had Brown Pest control service my property for 15 yrs or so. They have kept my property termite free! I renew them every year for sentricon stations and it only costs $170 for the entire year!

I had Brown Pest Control out because ants and flying ants coming out from my wall in the family room. He came out assured me that it was not termites. Treated the outside and inside of my house. Within a couple days the ants had all died and the problem was solved. I would definitely recommend them.

Bob came out to check my yard for termites. He was very knowledgeable, and honest. I really appreciate him coming out and giving me advice. I would highly recommend this company to anybody.
The entire process from my initial phone call to installation of a termite mitigation plan was easy and completely professional. Not once did I feel pressured to buy a product and the inspection was very straight forward. Very courteous and timely throughout and I highly recommend the company!
