I wanted to wait a few weeks before I posted to make sure they eradicated all the roaches and sure enough they have they are gone maybe seen two or three after they first baited the place and now I have not seen any knock on wood.. My best guess is they came through a delivery of some sort I get a lot of deliveries…
Since last year when we started your service I was so pleased to see the same technician. Austin is always friendly and willing to explain the service.
As soon as Austen left I called the Office of Brown Pest Control to let them know how pleased we were with Austen. He was very nice, courteous, knowledgeable and took the time to explain anything we were not sure about. I also left the message that Austen was a real keeper! Great job.
Prompt response. Would appreciate upfront pricing quoted when I called. Everything was completed that I requested.
Couldn't be more pleased with the service I receive from Brown Pest Control. Karl does an amazing job. He's efficient, kind and a pleasure to talk to. We found a hornet's nest on Tuesday. Karl came out Thursday morning and took care of it and treated the outside of the house and was done before 9am. Fantastic company!
Cole did a wonderful job getting rid of the yellow jacket’s nest outside my front door. I have depended upon Brown Pest Control for many years and have never been disappointed. Thanks for your great service.

Price seemed a bit high for what was done but honestly I had paid $1,000 just to make sure that they're gone and don't come back.
Polite and respectful. My house was treated for bees on Friday, I called back Saturday to get additional services because I started seeing more bees than ever flying inside my home after the treatment. (by the way the answering service is just to hold you over, no one follows up on calls when the office is closed until the office reopens.) The service tech came back out Monday assured me these bees are dying no additional treatment is needed at this tme, even though when he open my bedroom closet door a bee flew right towards him. It is 4am and I just got stung in my sleep, I instantly ran out of the bed to the hallway turned on the light and had to fight a very angry bee,who was far from dying. I know bee season ends in October, today it is October the 13th , I went ahead with the treatment because the bees are inside my home. The outside was treated but the bees are inside also. I am in pain and scared to go back to sleep. SMH the whole house is woke.

Austen always does a great job when he services my house. Today was no exception. Yellow jackets have gotten in my house several times. He explained there wasn’t any evidence of nests and he believes there is a nest somewhere close to my house and that is why I am having the problem. When my first treatment takes place next year, he will do a thorough examination. Please keep him assigned to my house!
