This is the second experience we have had with Brown Plumbing & Heating and, specifically, with Cody. He is honestly one of the most professional and polite people I've ever met. He was timely and efficient. He was even patient and super friendly with my naughty mini schnauzer :) I will ask specifically for him in the future!
Friendly, professional service. Technician went out of his way to trouble shoot starting with the least invasive process and moved forward, until it was obvious that the unit needed replaced. Whenever I have a plumbing issue I call Brown. They answer their phone. They schedule you. They show up and fix it. sometimes they even show up early. Then provide a warranty. No complaints here!!
Chance did great job in explaining the billing structure. And was very good at replumbing where needed. Very professional job! Brown's has earned all of my plumbing business.

Jaren was prompt,courteous and kept me informed every step of the way . He went above and beyond to fix my leaks in the showers. He did a great job.
My experience with brown plumbing and heating was one of the best I have had in awhile. It was easy to make my appointment and they were on time. It took no time at all and my problem was fixed and he was on his way . I was very satisfied and will definitely use them again.
