Had to pay nearly 1,300 was still going to get charged for a come back just to put a new toilet in .... plumber could not put a toilet in properly....we put the toilet in ourselves...got taken advantage of or plain rip off ...management made everything right ...a few people no longer work there ..thanks browns ...
We had Cody and the owner come for what started as a 10 minute toilet repair and ended with out entire underneath of the kitchen sick needing to be replaced-- they changed their whole day and did not leave our house until the job was done right and we could not thank them enough. Matt Ponce saved the day! He arrived within 15 minutes and unclogged our toilet in 10 minutes. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I will call Brown again. Thank you.
Whenever I have a plumbing issue I call Brown. They answer their phone. They schedule you. They show up and fix it. sometimes they even show up early. Then provide a warranty. No complaints here!!
Another plumbing service failed to show or call during their 4 hour service window. Brown plumbing and heating, however showed up on time and did excellent work for us. I appreciate their professionalism as well. They also provided me their rate-per-hour up front to prevent surprises.
