I found Brown Roofing through Reddit, where they had great reviews. I got several bids from different roofing companies, but ultimately chose Brown Roofing because Craig was very professional and thorough. He was also the first person to explain that, once the job was completed, the company would provide me with a…
Jesse is really great to work with. He came out for an inspection after some of my roofing tiles fell off. He gave me his assessment & recommendation without trying to upsell or pressure. A personal friend wouldn't have been more honest or reasonable. He's the guy you want to talk to about your roofing issues
It’s not always easy to find a contractor you can trust, but our experience with Brown Roofing and Jesse Coder (General Manager) was a great one. Jesse was professional, straightforward, and took the time to explain what was actually needed—without any pressure or unnecessary upselling. We really appreciated his…
A few years ago, Brown did a removal and install of new asphalt shingles - work and timing were 100%. A few days ago, noticed the skylight in the master bathroom was cracked, old age, called Jessy for suggestions, he said he would stop by the next day to inspect. After his inspection he said they could get the…
If you need honest, knowledgeable people for any roof work, call this company! We worked with Jesse C specifically and were very impressed. He got on our roof and spent time taking pictures, measuring and explaining things to us and gave us a fair quote the same day. 6 stars!
Craig came out and gave us a quote very quickly. He took the time to explain all the things we needed and the extra steps he would take to make sure we didn’t have leaks in the future. The crew got everything done very promptly and cleaned up everything after like they had never been there. I talked to several…
Craig Brown and his Team did an amazing job! These guys knocked it out of the park. My roof was in bad shape, they rectified it. I will always recommend them and you should too!
Brown Roofing just finished a total replacement of our shingle roof in Phx. Jesse, Craig and Debbie made the whole process easy and painless and the crew that did job was courteous, professional and cleaned up every day before they left. Highly recommend!!
Replacing a roof is never fun or something anyone wants to do. It is expensive, stressful and time consuming. Jesse and team made the whole process as easy as possible. From scheduling the quote, to communication, to payment and installation, I felt taken care. Debbie in the office was also super helpful and…
Fair price with quality results. Brown Roofing did an outstanding job on replacing the underlayment on my roof. Jesse and Craig were both very responsive and provided details throughout the job. They did the work on the stated timeline, cleaned up after each day, and ended the job leaving my yard cleaner than it…
I received quotes from a half dozen roofers and during my HVAC company A/C install I was referred to Brown Roofing. I called and spoke to Debbie to set up an appointment. Craig came out and explained in detail what he does and won the final bid. His bid includes double layer underlayment as a standard, bird stops…
I had Brown Roofing come to my house and do a roof inspection, which was free of charge. They showed me everything that needed attention, as well as the things that didn't. I felt they were very honest and they didn't try to sell me on a single thing, or make me worry about things that didn't matter, explaining…
Had Brown Roofing come out to take a look at a couple of roof leaks. Craig was super friendly and gave an honest estimation of the problem. It took Craig no time at all to fix the issue. Overall, one of the best experiences I've had with a home repair, we'll definitely call Brown Roofing again if we have any more roof problems in the future.
Thanks to Debbie, Jesse, Craig, Tim and Dave for being very responsive in getting my leaky 27-year-old tile roof underlayment replaced on time at a cost that was originally quoted. From initial contact with Debbie to set up an appointment for the estimate from Jesse to completion of the project, all went smoothly.…
As monsoon season went into full swing, we noticed our sky lights were leaking on our 30 year old roof. We called several roofers and got estimates to replace the entire roof, inculding skylights, and decided to go with Brown. The owner, Craig Brown, personally did the initial inspection and answered all the…
(update) Brown Roofing is THE BEST! A recent summer microburst tore off a dozen of our roof tiles. Called and talked to Debbie the next day and she scheduled a roof inspection. Since Brown Roofing had replaced our roof, they did the inspection and repair at no cost. Tucked the tiles back in where they belonged and…
If you're in the process of getting an estimate for roof work, make sure Brown Roofing is on your call list of contractors. We recently had our tile roof underlayment replaced and we couldn't be happier with the whole process. Jesse came out to inspect our roof, then worked up an estimate based on what needed to be…
Brown Roofing just completed a tear off and complete roof replacement on my home in North Phoenix. The owner Craig Brown came out to introduce himself and establish the parameters of the Job. He was extremely concerned with taking care of my needs and all areas of this project providing an excellent finished…
We just finished getting a full new roof from Brown Roofing, and the job was completed on-time, on-budget, and everything looks great. When we noticed some leaks in our laundry room, we contacted a few companies to come give us estimates. Some companies never returned our calls and emails, and some gave estimates…
Our Arizona room needed elastomeric re-coating. We had a great experience with Brown Roofing. Jesse was a pleasure to work with; very friendly, knowledgeable, and always took time to answer our questions. He went the extra mile to make sure that we were completely satisfied with the end result. We were impressed…
My 27 year old tile roof was in need of some attention. The underlayment was curling and brittle, some of the tile was broken and also had rotten plywood at the edges of my patio cover indicating rain was getting through. I had the top three valley roofers come out to give me an estimate and was impressed when…
It was time for a new roof and, looking around and doing some research, talking to a few other companies we decided to go with Brown Roofing. From the minute they showed up we knew they were a good fit for us. They were very knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and schooled us on a few things we didn’t even…
These guys are trustworthy, responsive, and reasonably priced. I had a great experience with them from beginning to end. My roof had a leak and they found the issue quickly. I had another roofer come prior to them who completely missed the problem. Jesse identified the problem, fixed it, and confirmed it was…
These guys are great. They beat every reputable quote we received. The owner came out and went through every phase. We are completely satisfied. I will recommend them whenever I get a chance.
Jesse was outstanding. Prompt, personable, professional. Excellent roof repair right before a big rainstorm. Really appreciated. Highly recommend!
If you are in need of a roofing specialist in the Valley, make these guys your first call! During our home purchase inspection period (a critical, time sensitive moment in the process) Brown Roofing was able to squeeze us in for a roofing inspection, provide a thorough quote that helped us in the negotiations on the…
Everyone from the owner, to the office staff and the roofers were considerate, friendly, professional and responsive. The work was done efficiently and well. Pricing on re-shingling our roof was competitive and fair. Excellent warranty. Highly recommend them.
