Wilson is such a sweet boy, and we always enjoy seeing him, whether he’s here for a nail trim or a stay with us. We know keeping up with his nails is a process, and you’ve been so consistent bringing him in to help us safely work them back. It really makes a difference for his comfort! We’re so glad he feels happy and loved when he’s here, that’s exactly what we strive for with every pup, especially those like Wilson who prefer their own space and routine. It sounds like he had a pretty good time with our team, and we loved getting to spend some extra time with him (and of course taking pictures with him)! ❤️ And we absolutely never mind those daily check-in calls! We know how hard it can be to leave your baby while you’re away, so we’re always happy to give you an update and let you know how he’s doing. Next time Harlo stays with us, we think you’d really love adding on one of our Keepsakes! Depending on the month, we offer different sweet ways to remember their stay, from paw print paintings to framed photos or photo magnets. We completely understand how upsetting it would be to watch your puppy on camera and worry that his needs were not being met. Our mission is to elevate the love and lives of pets, and we take that responsibility very seriously. Every pet in our care should receive attentive, compassionate care, appropriate potty breaks, meals according to their schedule, and plenty of positive interaction throughout their stay. What you described is not the experience we want for any pet or pet parent. Our management team is reviewing the details of your puppy’s stay, including the timeline of his care and the concerns you observed on camera. We want to fully understand what happened and use that information to address any areas where we may need to improve. We would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly and learn more about your experience. We are genuinely sorry that we did not provide the peace of mind you should have felt while your puppy was in our care, and we hope we can have the opportunity to address your concerns personally.

Watching him get comfortable during his very first stay was so special, and getting to know his little personality quirks is one of our favorite parts of what we do.
