Very unprofessional. Could not get them to even hold to the consultation time they offered and set. Could not even get past scheduling a consultation after going back and forth for several days.
After hearing about the difficulties I experienced, John Brunette reached our personally to see if there was any way to rectify the situation after I made it clear I wasn't trying to garner special treatment via tantrum. He upheld the original scheduled appointment himself to make it work. The scope of project is suspected to be outside of their normal talents and advised some other options to explore and offered to provide a temporary bandaid solution for a portion of my project as a courtesy to help me reconsider my initial experience.

After seeing the great job Burnette Home improvement performed in replacing my neighbor's roof, I decided I would give them a chance to quote my roofing job. The team did a great job at communicating and answering any questions I had through the quoting and scheduling process. The owner John did a great job answering questions I had about my gutters even though I didn't use the right terminology, he was able to understand the needs I had and reassure me that we could get the right things taken care of.
When it came time for the roofing installation, I was introduced to Joel as project manager. Joel was very courteous & personable, and he did a wonderful job in explaining the steps we had to take for my project. He also had a plan ready for if the weather turned ugly (thankfully it didn't). He gave me great confidence that the crew was going to get the job done the right way. Seeing the way he took care of his crew throughout the job, it's easy to see how much he cares about about the project's success, and the safety/comfort of his crew.
As for the work crew, they did a great job at a great pace. They started early, and stayed late to make sure the job was completed. Looking around my yard, I see they did a great job cleaning up and getting everything back where it was when they started the day. I really appreciate the effort and dedication to detail.
Overall, I would recommend this company for any roofing work you need. They may not be the cheapest around, but they surely do the right job!
We have used Brunette Home Improvement for several projects and would highly recommend them to anyone. The owner, John, is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. On our recent roof replacement the project manager, Joel, went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right!

Brunette Home Improvement completed excellent work for the non-profit I work for. Tony came out to quote the work and was the only person that I got quotes from that actually got up on the roof to take measurements, even though the roof was something I likely wouldn't be able to do yet this year. He got me the quote very quickly and with all the options that I had requested. Ultimately had them replace siding, OSB, and gutters. Because the job was small they were honest that it was going to be a bit down the road before they could get to it, but it was completed when they said it was going to be. Zach, the foreman, was also communicative about when they would be onsite and when the work would wrap up. I'm very happy with the work that Brunette did and would certainly recommend them.

Brunettes Home Improvement recently replaced our roof. The overall experience was great. Tony came out and did our quote. He was personable, professional and knowledgeable. We never felt pressured or rushed in making our decision. The crew started on time and worked hard to complete the job in less than a day. Joel the project manager was great. When the job was complete he went over what they did and made sure all our questions were answered. I really appreciate the level of customer service he provided. They completed the whole roof from removing the old shingles to putting on new ones in six hours. The roof looks great as well. They did not skip on the details. I was concerned that the updated siding would not match, but you can't even tell. Zach provided different options and recommendations and was great with communication and the workmanship was spot on. Also sent in was Joe and Larry who did a great job of putting the finishing touches on the skylight.
