Brunette Home Improvement

The project manager, Cameron Mickens, was wonderful to work with. He kept me informed regarding every stage of the project and was very responsive and pleasant. He also made sure an experienced crew (Ace Crew) did the work. The crew itself worked extremely hard for over 12 hours, and their work was meticulous.

After seeing the great job Burnette Home improvement performed in replacing my neighbor's roof, I decided I would give them a chance to quote my roofing job. The team did a great job at communicating and answering any questions I had through the quoting and scheduling process. The owner John did a great job… Read full review

We have used Brunette Home Improvement for several projects and would highly recommend them to anyone. The owner, John, is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. On our recent roof replacement the project manager, Joel, went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right!

Great work. I cannot recommend Brunette Home Improvement enough. I needed a new roof as well as siding repair due to storm damage. I have a an over 1,500 square foot ranch home plus an attached two car garage and Sean and the roofing team was fast and efficient. Always kept in great communication. They completed the… Read full review

Brunette just finished a full-roof install for my family's home. They came recommended from a co-worker, and after collecting quotes they were the most professional and came in at a good price. Dave explained everything well in the quote, and Joel and crew were very effective and clear in carrying out the work.

Brunette staff were excellent and very hard working. Problems with the roof were found and corrected during roof replacement at a very reasonable price. The house looks better than it ever has. Sean and Joel , the project managers were there different days and both did a great job of communicating any issues and… Read full review

Brunette installed a new roof for us last week. Communication leading up to the re-roof was great. We were aware of when and how the job would be conducted. Crew started work at 7:30 and had had old roof off at 10. New roof was completed by 7:00 the same day. Siding was removed to install step flashing and… Read full review

In the quoting process options were given and pros and cons discussed thoroughly. Supply delivery was efficient and request for placement of supplies in driveway honored. Yard and patio areas were thoroughly cleaned up and I was very pleased with clean up of mulch beds and landscaping around the house.

Dave Rademacher was very polite, professional, and swift with getting us all of the needed information, as well as getting us a satisfactory proposal for the job. Joel Agler showed much care, and was genuinely attentive, explaining the whole process, aware about customer satisfaction, making sure that we would… Read full review

From start to finish, Brunette has been a truly impressive, above-board company to work with. They recently completed a multi-step exterior project for us that involved new soffit around the entire house, a new roof and replacing all of our custom gable vents with decorative siding. Each part and every crew member… Read full review

Worked with Brunette on an addition to our home. Very responsive. Made sure I was satisfied at every step along the way. Stand by their work and any questions / concerns were addressed immediately.

Tony Hernandez, Joel Agler, and the whole crew did an excellent job on my roof. They were in and out in a single day, and left my yard spotless. They took great care of me!

Brunette's team was consistently professional, accessible and informative. They explained all possible options - and their consequences - as I navigated my way to a large and much overdue roof project.

Brunette's team did a fantastic job. We wanted to go with someone local that has been around for awhile, not a pop up. Communication was excellent between the project managers and me. Any time I had a question I felt comfortable asking and never had to wait long for a reply. When they redid our porch railing… Read full review

John and the team at Brunette Roofing did a great job on my roof and gutter installation. It is never any project anyone wants to do, but they made it as smooth as possible. The roof and gutters look great and I feel secure that I have added real value and protection to my home. Their communication about… Read full review

Brunette home improvement is a great company for a new roof. They are easy to work with, great crew, great clean up. Easy to communicate with. VERY reasonable regarding cost. If getting bids be sure to get one from these guys.

Brunette did a great job on the roof! We have a large, steep roof with many peaks. They were done in a couple days, and Joel came back for repairs we needed on a chimney that had damage from woodpeckers and age. Looks like new. Tony was thorough and helpful, and answered all of my questions I had throughout the… Read full review

They care very much about the quality service they offer to the community. Four year after the installation, a handyman was on the roof for the gutters and said that whoever put the roof on did a great job and that all the seals look tight and well applied.

Brunette Home Improvement put a new roof on my house about seven years ago. Did a top notch job. I highly recommend them. Recently I had an issue with algae on the north side of my roof. Brunette stepped up and helped me with a manufactures warranty claim and got this issue resolved quickly for me. This goes to show… Read full review

Poor communication. Decent work.

I wish I could give a higher review of this company! They were timely, communicative and professional. I needed my roof replaced pretty quickly and they were able to accommodate my timeframe. My roof is gorgeous! If you’re looking for the best, look no further than this company!

Brunette did a fantastic job with my new roof! The entire process from start to finish was smooth. The staff was very flexible when working with me, which was great. I would highly recommend Brunette! The price was affordable.

We had an amazing experience with Brunette Home Improvement. The person who prepared the estimate was professional yet very personable. His follow up with us after providing the estimate was attentive yet not pushy in the least, and he did a great job answering all of our questions. The office staff kept us up to… Read full review

Very impressed with all aspects of the work. It was done in one day, with some minor clean up the next day. Would highly recommend Brunette Home Improvement.

John and the team did a great job from initial quote to final follow up. Highly recommend for your next project!

10 stars on ever level, excellent service

Brunette removed and replaced our roof, replaced all 11 of our windows, and installed a new skylight. I don’t even bother getting multiple quotes any more. Given the numerous jobs they have done for us, and our friends, they are my go to for all home projects. Flooring and cabinets are next along with a bathroom remodel. Guess who I’m calling again?

We had a great experience with Brunette Home Improvement and highly recommend their services. Our roof sustained damage during a hail storm and they were helpful, informative, communicative, and thorough throughout the entire process: inspection through installation. Our new roof went on in the height of winter and… Read full review

We had severe hail damage. The whole process went very smooth with Brunette. John Elieff went out of his way to get things done and work with our insurance company.

Great work performed and great customer service.
