Bruno’s Niagara Movers are fantastic. They moved a hot tub for me, which is not common. The price was extremely fair, and they were incredibly accommodating. I had 2 schedule changes and they were totally cool about it. Great communication and the guys were awesome. 10/10 recommend!

I was really hoping that it wouldn't come to this, especially with all the good reviews I see here which was the reason I hired Bruno's Niagara Movers, unfortunately they damaged my cabinet and Joey Bruno isn't willing to pay for the damages even though he claimed that he contacted his so-called insurance company which is a total lie because he stopped answering me and will not return any text messages or calls, if he would have just done the right thing the way he should I wouldn't be writing this negative review, but he's a fake and a liar, stay far away from this company there are plenty of better moving companies that will take care of your belongings, the movers obviously carried my cabinet then slammed it down to the ground which is made of particle board it is not solid wood and when they slammed it down that drove the nails through the top destroying the whole top and he's not doing anything to justify it, and I'm not the type of person to say things like this but he left me no choice, it is now October 3rd and still no call or text from him, never ever again, stay away from this awful so called moving company that doesn't even know how to care for people's belongings without destroying them. Plus I didn't even have that many things, no boxes as I moved all my boxes myself and no appliances either and they couldn't even handle what I had for them to move without breaking something, definitely find somebody else, you don't want these movers who don't know what they're doing. On top of that, he charged me over $500 plus tax and when you look it up, there is never to be any tax charged because they didn't provide any boxes or tape or any supplies so in New York state when you hire movers there is no tax to be charged yet he still charged me tax because he's a thief and a liar and this is not over yet.

We’re sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience, but we do want to clarify several points in your review.
Our crew moved your belongings with care, and at no time was the cabinet slammed or dropped onto the ground. There was also nothing placed on top of the cabinet during the move; it was transported as a floor load. The damage being referenced involves nails/fasteners protruding into the particle board. Those nails were not installed or placed into the cabinet by Bruno’s Niagara Movers or any member of our moving crew. The cabinet had already been assembled prior to the move.
The damage was submitted to insurance for review, and the claim was denied based on the determination that the existing nails/fasteners protruding into the particle board were the cause of the damage. This determination was made by the insurance company, not Bruno’s Niagara Movers.
We are also aware that different accounts of this situation have been shared publicly. The initial account of the incident did not include an allegation that the cabinet had been slammed to the ground; that allegation appeared later. We do not want to engage in a public back-and-forth, but we do feel it is important to correct that statement. Our movers did not slam or drop the cabinet.
We also take accusations of dishonesty and theft seriously. The amount charged reflected the moving services provided, and we stand behind the work performed by our crew.

I found Bruno's through a local facebook page. A 1 bedroom apartment going to a 2 floor residential home only took 3 guys and 2.5 hours. He kept me under the estimate and his team were very careful. I would use them again anytime.
