They came out within 24 hours of our call, were on time, and were very knowledgeable. We thought we had mice in our roof crawl space, but turns out we have bats. Will definitely use them again!

Very affordable and thorough. My inspector was Jason, he gave me a lot of info, did a thorough inspection, and was very kind and helpful. This is a great company, and Jason is great!

Called and got an appointment the next day. Everyone was so kind and explained everything to me (never had to deal with pests before). I never got the guy that came name but he was so kind, walked me through everything , was thorough and answered all my questions about my wasp problem. Would recommend to anyone at anytime!

In this day and age after Covid when customer service is in the gutter, it is refreshing to see that there are family owned companies out there that actually care about making sure the customer is happy and going above and beyond to build their reputation. I cannot say more good things about BTR pest control. From…

Chris also really took his time, he was personable and over all provided a stellar experience. My fiancé and I are first time home owners…

I recently used BTR for a few separate services and the service was outstanding. The team member who arrived was punctual, professional, honest, and extremely helpful, even offering me general advice for unrelated pest control practices that I could try on my own ahead of the Michigan winter. They did not charge me…
