Very affordable and thorough. My inspector was Jason, he gave me a lot of info, did a thorough inspection, and was very kind and helpful. This is a great company, and Jason is great!
Outstanding service. Excellent price. If you had a wasp nest - don't delay. This is the company to call. Their communication is top-notch. Their technician explained everything 1 billion times over to me about what he would do to remove my nest. Absolutely fearless. He looked for other nests for no additional charge. He answered 1 billion questions - I think I already said that.
I had to go to the hospital for an allergic reaction to being stung so many times from accidentally being in the flight path of the nest and then trying to DIY it myself with d-fense fogger from Amazon. The stuff was a fake - or I was too dumb to know how to get it in the right place in the log.
Don't do it yourself. Call this company! You will be very happy with the service. They are outstanding. I'm going to use them in the spring for a preventative to keep nests out and use them for rodent control. They are that good. Text them - very fast response to text.

The part I appreciate the most is that both the in person appointment and the phone conversation, nobody tried to upsell me any services I didn't want. They showed up, handled the problem, and told me to call them again if needed.
When I inevitably need pest control again, I will for sure be reaching out to BTR again. They do exactly what is asked, without any of the BS

So I adopted a cat. It came with a lot of fleas before I knew it they were trying to take over my house. I called BTR pest control they were able to squeeze me in the same day. The technician that came out was very friendly and detail. He explained to me how everything was going to work and then he took care of the problem. I haven't seen a flea since they were out.I recommend BTR pest control to anybody with flea issues or any other pest problem.

We have had BTR come out and treat our home for different treatments. We have received the mosquito yard treatment that lasted all month and didn't notice one mosquito. The tech even took the time to spray as far up the trees as they were able. We have also had the pest maintenance spray. I do not appreciate when the spiders and other creepy crawly bugs decide they want to make their home my home. With the BRT treatments I haven't seen a single bug!
When you call BTR they are very professional and take your concerns very seriously and address them in a timely manor. They take the time to explain what each service includes and will make adjustments if needed. On the day of the service I received text messages as a reminder of my appointment as well as a text that the tech was on their way and their name. When the tech arrive they treated my home as if it were their own.
I really appreciate all of the time and effort BTR, Carly and Chris have put into this business.
We had BTR come to our home for a mouse issue. They are quick to respond and very communicative. Scheduling was easy. I really appreciated the technician’s honesty — no efforts to upsell their services or make the situation seem worse than it actually was. Pricing was affordable.

My office had a huge issue with box Elder bugs. They aren't harmful just a nuisance. I called BTR and they quoted a price that is more than reasonable. The tech came out, he was friendly, asked if I wanted him to hit any spots extra, and explained it all very well. On top of all that great service they gave a 90 day warranty! The tech explained it may not be instant that we notice a difference but I have not seen a bug yet! Highly recommend!
