No appointment- they were next door for birds coming in/out of a vent which is the same problem we had. Checked our vent and put a new cover on. Super kind and also took lint out from our dryer vent. Was slightly pricey but worth it to not have birds in a vent we can’t reach ourselves. Thanks!
