We definitely recommend Buckley Springs Storage. All transactions were handled in person and through email. The ease of communication was professional and everyone was so nice. The property itself was always clean and security was top notch.

Absolutely love the service at Buckley Springs. Georgia is attentive and goes above and beyond for her customers. She called to notify me when I did not lock my unit properly , she even arranged for an easy lock removal when I forgot my keys out of state. The facility is impeccably clean, roomy, secure. Highly recommend to anyone who wants peace of mind.
This is a first class, well run operation. I couldn’t ask for anything more. I wouldn’t consider any other storage facility in slo. I’ve been here for several years and won’t hesitate to come back.

I love this facility. First used it for several months when I was moving into SLO in 2022, and recently rented again for a short-term (hopefully) need. Based on the prior experience, I didn't bother to shop around this time. I had previously had a bad time with a large nationwide storage company (rhymes with "sublic porridge") in another city, where my storage unit was robbed twice within a year. I could say that I suspected an inside job, but I won't say that. Buckley has much better security measures than the other place, and the whole facility is kept tidy. Happy to see that Vince is still managing the place, and that Georgia and Bill are still the veteran crew. They're all super friendly and helpful, and they don't seem to mind that I keep stopping by the office to see if the complimentary cookies are available!

Buckley Springs is the best storage solution in SLO! I've used them twice now--once for storing dorm items over the summer, and once for storing all of my home items between houses! The staff are super friendly, the units are clean and very secure, and the price is right! If you time your visits right, you can even watch the planes take off and land at SBP. Very grateful for their services, and will be back again for any Central Coast storage needs!

My partner and I went in to Buckley Springs Storage today to take a look at the place and see if there were any units available for us to rent soon. I was blown away by how clean and beautiful both the indoor and outdoor space was while we were there. Vince, working in the front office today, was SO kind to us- very inviting and extremely fun to talk to. I don’t normally leave reviews, but I felt like I should due to my exceptional experience today. I am excited to know that our belongings will be at such a well-maintained place these upcoming months, this is a very nice storage space!
