The museum was great, I spent a good amount of time talking with a retired engineer. He designed and did field instillation of some massive equipment. Their equipment was used in the construction of the Panama canal and other large scale mining operations.

My wife (who requires Gluten free) was over the moon - she finally got to have a gluten free breaded fish and french fries.

My husband and I had our wedding reception here in August and we got nonstop compliments about the Bucyrus club. This place is truly a hidden gem, and none of our guests had ever been before. There are not many wedding venues left that allow you to truly customize your reception to your liking and make it your own. Many places just allow you to pick from a menu of options, but at Bucyrus the menu is just the beginning. They happily made us custom appetizers for our tasting and ultimately our reception. We asked them to do last minute things like make relish trays for our supper club themed reception which they did without any issue. The bartenders were great and many people commented that all of the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. When I asked if we had any breathmints available, one of the staff members even went and grabbed a pack of mints from her own purse to give to me. Who does that?! This is a truly excellent family run business and a great venue if you are looking for great food and to be able to create a unique setting for your wedding reception.

We just had our Wedding reception here and honestly words cannot express how thankful we are for the team over at The Bucyrus! Throughout the entire planning process we felt supported, and couldn’t ask for a better partner. Pricing is more than fair, the food is amazing, and the venue is beautiful. My wife commented everyday on how perfect they are to work with. They made her life easier as the main planner. Since the wedding, we have had dozens of people comment on how beautiful the venue was, and how professional and kind the staff were. Since our wedding was a traditional Serbian wedding, the team fully and wonderfully met the unique traditions in ways we never could’ve imagined! Another amazing thing was how easy the staff was when it came to decor pickup - my wife and I are on our honeymoon, so the team collected all of our decor and made pickup super easy for our families. Think of it as the staff, etc. being like an extension of us. They knew everything we did and were so excited to party it up with us and make our day more than perfect. We truly couldn’t recommend the Bucyrus more. It is the true definition of a perfect vendor partner and wedding venue!
I don’t like name dropping online, so to the owners, management team, bartenders, cooks, and all other wonderful staff, thank you for making our day so special - we will never be able to truly repay you!
