Budd & Company Automotive - Rainier

There really is no such thing as "inexpensive" quality automobile repair in Seattle in the post-COVID era, but that said, the team at Budd & Company is unmatched in terms of knowledge/expertise *and* friendliness. (And hey, I first moved here in 1980!!)

Excellent customer service!

5 stars is not enough. I am so grateful for the team. My car broke down in front of their shop on Rainier. I called them in hopes to get a push off the road. At least 7 employees came out to help push mu car off the road. Then they did a check and found my battery was bad. When I expressed concern about being able… Read full review

Fantastic service. Quick, professional and kind. I’ve been here 3 times now and the team has always been terrific. This isn’t even close to my house but I’ll happily make the trip to stay loyal. Not often can you trust mechanics completely. I do with Budd & Co

I have taken my Subaru forester here several time and the crew here is really friendly and they get things done quickly!!

We were very pleased with the service and the results. Thank you BUDDS

Great service and an even better staff. Hands down the most reliable repair shop. They’ll always get you set up right and efficiently.

I've been to Budd & Co. twice. This week was not their best performance. As part of a $2900 in services including oil change, timing belt, spark plug change, and control arm replacement I had them do "battery service" since I was due for a new one. They left the cable and new battery covered in corrosion dust. And… Read full review

After experiencing some abrupt vehicle issues, Budd & Co. was able to swiftly repair my car! The location itself may seem fairly small, yet it is still in a nice part of town and is otherwise just off of a Main Street with accessible bus routes. The service staff was VERY professional and friendly (shout-outs to… Read full review

I trust them completely for all my car maintenance. I cheated on them once with Jiffy Lube in ‘19 and still regret it. Thankfully Budd & Co took me back.

Budd & Company Automotive went above and beyond in its service to my vehicle. In fact, they didn't go an extra mile in their service of my vehicle, but 1,000 miles! The people at Budd & Company Automotive are HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY, RELIABLE, REASONABLE, and AFFORDABLE in the service they provide their customers.… Read full review

Honest guys, great shop.

This place is great! I trust them and they have done right for me for over 10 years

Absolutely my favorite auto shop in Seattle. Quick, professional, honest, and fair priced. Look no further.

Fantastic. Great work and staff. So friendly, honest, reasonable. Definitely 5 star 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Replaced the alternator belt. Car is running fine.

We use Budd & Co. to care for our 1999 Suburban. They are our Go-To mechanics. They do what they say. All work is impeccable. I strongly recommend them for any auto service and repair.

I keep using Budd & Co because they are a no nonsense shop. Mike is friendly and courteous and gives you the facts.

Very quick and reliable, great communication.

Always straightforward and reasonable! My go to for general maintenance

Mike is great to work with! If anything goes wrong with our vehicles you get a straight answer with what's wrong and never have felt like I was getting the run around. I would recommend Budd & Company to anyone looking for an honest and reliable mechanic.

These guys are the best, hands down. They are extremely knowledgeable, and have the highest standards of quality and integrity. The most important thing is to be able to TRUST your mechanic and Mike and the guys earn that trust every day. If there’s an issue they fix it promptly and professionally. If I could give… Read full review

Neighborhood mechanic that we trust! My partner and I are unfortunately prone to car issues and Budd & Company always hook us up with a great deal and great service. Mike at Budd & Co. was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Getting my car fixed is usually a stressful experience for me because I don't know very much about cars. Mike took the time to not only explain to me what was going on with my car, he also helped me identify my options in terms of next steps. I will… Read full review

I took my car in for a second opinion after the dealership gave me a lengthy list of suggested repairs. Budd and Company was a lot more honest in their inspection and ended up saving me hundreds of dollars. Everyone I spoke to was professional, friendly, and very helpful. I'll be bringing my car here from now on.

I have taken my car to Budd & Co for repairs for a few years now and have always been pleased with their honest, efficient and professional service. Many years ago, as I was passing the repair shop, a technician waved me in due to a visible low tire. He took care if it and I was on my way. In my recent visit,… Read full review
