Budd & Company Automotive - Rainier

Have been coming here for a few years now and I always direct folks in need of a good auto shop to Budd & Company, even those on the east side of the lake. Tara was incredibly kind and I'm always appreciative of the transparency the shop offers through their service and the Lyft back to the shop once service was done!

Great customer service and thier quote came in way below the other opinion I received. My dad told me about Budd & Co. years ago but I never brought my car here because its not near my house. After this service, Budd & Co. will be my regular auto service go-to!

Flawless transaction. Even with having to get parts in, my car was serviced and repaired in one day. I’m quite happy with this work.

This company is straight up reputable. I had an issue with a brake caliper that had a manufacturer defect that made my car break down on the road. They took care of replacing that caliper and the damaged parts associated with the failure. They fixed it in a day without charge. That’s good business!

I own a 2014 car, and at that age, things pop up. I can count on Budd’s regular servicing to maintain my vehicle and catch any issues before they become a real problem. Would and have recommended them to others

I have been taking my vehicles in for service since 1997. Always friendly and fast service and at a reasonable price! I have never felt "taken" by them... always felt cared for by Budd and Company. They ROCK!!

They were patient with my lack of knowledge and were willing to work within my budget. They were communicative throughout the entire process and sufficiently answered any questions I had. Repairs were done in a timely manner and I felt I was valued as a customer. Would definitely go to them again in the future and recommend their services.

Customer service was so attentive it almost felt rehearsed. Also noticed they were kind & patient with an older woman who was kind of a difficult customer. Pricing was strongly competitive, communication was good. Highly reccomend.

I had a great experience at Budd & Company Automotive Service Center. Big thanks to Anthony and Peter for their excellent support, and their staff workers are very helpful. I took my car in for a second opinion after the dealership gave me a lengthy list of suggested repairs. Budd and Company was a lot more honest in their inspection and ended up saving me hundreds of dollars. Everyone I spoke to was professional, friendly, and very helpful. I'll be bringing my car here from now on.
