Budd & Company repaired wire damage to my car caused by rats, and were great with communication! Prices seemed very reasonable, but the staff themselves are the real stars here. While getting an oil change Jimmy noticed a problem with the radiator. After explaining it to me we decided the radio needed to be replaced. I have been taking my vehicles in for service since 1997. Always friendly and fast service and at a reasonable price! I have never felt "taken" by them... always felt cared for by Budd and Company. They ROCK!!

They were patient with my lack of knowledge and were willing to work within my budget. They were communicative throughout the entire process and sufficiently answered any questions I had. Repairs were done in a timely manner and I felt I was valued as a customer. Would definitely go to them again in the future and recommend their services.

They identified an issue with my car that was under warranty and called my dealer to confirm it. I’ll be back!

I had a great experience taking I my old Subaru. I was moving within a week of when I called them(middle of the holidays) and they went the extra mile to find the part I needed before I moved. Everyone was very nice and professional, and they stayed late to ensure the timeline they said. Would use them again and recommend.
