I wanted to share my experience with Budd & Co. from my visit in August. I had been a longtime customer of Greg’s Japanese Motor, so making the transition to a new shop was important to me. My experience started off a little rocky with some confusion about my appointment, but the district manager stepped in and got… Read full review

Friendly, professional, easy to schedule, explained well and listened giving me choices, and they washed my car

Budd & Company repaired wire damage to my car caused by rats, and were great with communication! Prices seemed very reasonable, but the staff themselves are the real stars here. Everyone I chatted with was exceedingly kind and helpful, and I will certainly be coming back if I need any assistance in the future!

They were kind efficient and cost conscious. They also kept me informed of everything. I can’t recommend them enough.

Always great customer service and communication. These folks do quality work in a timely manner at a totally fair price. I highly recommend them.

I have been taking my vehicles in for service since 1997. Always friendly and fast service and at a reasonable price! I have never felt "taken" by them... always felt cared for by Budd and Company. They ROCK!!

They were patient with my lack of knowledge and were willing to work within my budget. They were communicative throughout the entire process and sufficiently answered any questions I had. Repairs were done in a timely manner and I felt I was valued as a customer. Would definitely go to them again in the future and recommend their services.

Easy to make an appt. Car returned quickly. Keeps my 2013 Scion xD running very well. Knowledgeable and friendly. Won't go anywhere else. Been going there for over 20 years- 5 cars in!

Went in with my Tacoma for a 100,000 miles check up, and I am so glad I did. They started with an oil change to also assess the state of the vehicle. Within a couple of hours, I had a full inspection and recommendation report with pictures, explanations, and coded urgency for each repair. Very clear and easy to… Read full review

I have taken my Subaru forester here several time and the crew here is really friendly and they get things done quickly!!

They identified an issue with my car that was under warranty and called my dealer to confirm it. I’ll be back!

I had a great experience taking I my old Subaru. I was moving within a week of when I called them(middle of the holidays) and they went the extra mile to find the part I needed before I moved. Everyone was very nice and professional, and they stayed late to ensure the timeline they said. Would use them again and recommend.

Absolutely the best service! I'll never go anywhere else.

Great work and distinguished customer service! I've driven my car in on an emergency basis and work was done that day. I've referred my employer fleet repairs to them.

Honestly the best repair service in Seattle. They've been caring for my old 98 Cherokee for ages and through 3 owners, the service has been stellar. Ten stars!

We were very pleased with the service and the results. Thank you BUDDS

speedy and they got the good vibes

Very customer service oriented. Seem to be reasonably priced. An issue was found with my car and they lent me a vehicle at no charge so I wouldn’t have to sit in the shop all morning

Great service and an even better staff. Hands down the most reliable repair shop. They’ll always get you set up right and efficiently.

Super friendly staff, accommodated me despite the fact that I wasn’t on time, quickly diagnosed and fixed a kind of obscure problem, ended up charging me less than their original estimate, and left a cute little treat for me when I got my car back. Budd & Co. are thorough when they do mechanical work. Each time I’ve had a concern, they find the underlying issue and the car drives better than before. Friendly team and great service!

The communication I had with the folks at Budd & Co was by far the best I've ever had with a mechanic. They were prompt, clear and allowed me to approve every repair individually. The pricing was clear and immediately presented. In addition they have a good sense of humor which is icing on the cake. I will be a… Read full review

I've been to Budd & Co. twice. This week was not their best performance. As part of a $2900 in services including oil change, timing belt, spark plug change, and control arm replacement I had them do "battery service" since I was due for a new one. They left the cable and new battery covered in corrosion dust. And… Read full review

After visiting two other auto repair shops who were unable to diagnose and fix the problem, I went to Budd & Co. It took awhile but Perfecto, the mechanic on the job, was able to connect two seemingly unrelated problems and figure out that they WERE related and finally diagnose and fix it. Anthony, the service… Read full review

These guys are the only place I trust with my older car. If they can’t find the part they can install it when I find it. Great guys!

Friendly, quick and affordable. Highly recommend

Better than the factory service I used for years. Thanks much!

I have owned my 72 cheverolet Truck for 12 years. During that time, I have always have had issues with my front end steering. I have taken it in for alignment 4 times to different shops and been given clean bills of health. And after paying for new sterring box, new shocks and a multitude of other assorted parts… Read full review

New Review guys. Brought my 2018 Ford Escape in for SPA day. You know…pampering of the vehicle. You know a little lube job, new break pads, check fluids and oil change. My car loved the tire rotation. Budd and company are the “hawks” in Seahawk of professionals. Trust all my work with em.

Awesome ! Always happy with the work performed & your customer service! Budd & Co have serviced 5 of our cars & we would never think of going anywhere else! Caring, courteous, and quality work. I recommend Budd & Co to all my friends & co-workers.

Everyone was great 👍

We have been taking our truck to Budd&Co for 16 yrs and they never disappoint us. They are very professional and always upfront with what needs to be repaired. Our truck had to be towed in recently and they were able to get to it almost immediately. Very pleased that they went the extra mile to get us back on the road again.

These guys are no muss no fuss.great service and they get the work done fast.

As usual Buds did a great job in a very timely manner.

I trust them completely for all my car maintenance. I cheated on them once with Jiffy Lube in ‘19 and still regret it. Thankfully Budd & Co took me back.

Mike and the team were just great--they were fast, professional, and easy to communicate with. The tow-truck driver said these guys were great, the uber driver who brought me home said these guys were great... and I wasn't disappointed; they lived up to their reputation. Thanks, friends! You saved my bacon and are just the best!

Honest guys, great shop.

Mike and his crew are awesome. Their customer service was what sold me first. They are now the only place I take my vehicle. My experience with Budd and Co. has always been very good. The most recent trip there was no exception. After having another local shop tell me I needed to spend over $3700 on preventive maintenance on my 2016 Subaru Outback, Budd's mechanic explained to me why what they were suggesting wasn't necessary. I keep using Budd & Co because they are a no nonsense shop. Mike is friendly and courteous and gives you the facts.

I've brought my cars to Budd & Company twice, once to replace a side mirror and another time to do a 150k-mile check up. They were friendly, straightforward, very reasonably priced, and there was no upsell. I highly recommend them, and I'll definitely continue going to Budd & Company!

Great to work with and personable. They did a quality job

I’ve owned an automotive repair business in another state for more than 30 years so I’m aware of the general practices of most shops. Unfortunately I found myself in need of an auto repair facility to repair my sons car in the middle of us trying to move him to Arizona. Mike was more than accommodating and went way… Read full review

Quick turn around time and very communicative. Good price would recommend and will use again

I brought my vehicle in thinking I knew the issue causing a flat tire sound, but the team at Budd & Co. quickly diagnosed a more serious issue that could have made the car inoperable. They were able to turn around the fix within a few hours at a reasonable price, and now the car sounds like new.
