Budd & Company repaired wire damage to my car caused by rats, and were great with communication! Prices seemed very reasonable, but the staff themselves are the real stars here. I have been taking my vehicles in for service since 1997. Always friendly and fast service and at a reasonable price! I have never felt "taken" by them... always felt cared for by Budd and Company. They ROCK!!

They were patient with my lack of knowledge and were willing to work within my budget. They were communicative throughout the entire process and sufficiently answered any questions I had. I had a great experience taking I my old Subaru. I was moving within a week of when I called them(middle of the holidays) and they went the extra mile to find the part I needed before I moved. Everyone was very nice and professional, and they stayed late to ensure the timeline they said. Would use them again and recommend.

We have been taking our truck to Budd&Co for 16 yrs and they never disappoint us. They are very professional and always upfront with what needs to be repaired. Our truck had to be towed in recently and they were able to get to it almost immediately. Very pleased that they went the extra mile to get us back on the road again.

I brought my vehicle in thinking I knew the issue causing a flat tire sound, but the team at Budd & Co. quickly diagnosed a more serious issue that could have made the car inoperable. They were able to turn around the fix within a few hours at a reasonable price, and now the car sounds like new.

Gouged me on price (3x avg price according to several sites' data) and held my vehicle for a day before they even looked at it. Service was fine which is why I wouldn't say 1 star, but I won't be back.

I took my car in for a second opinion after the dealership gave me a lengthy list of suggested repairs.
