Have been coming here for a few years now and I always direct folks in need of a good auto shop to Budd & Company, even those on the east side of the lake. Tara was incredibly kind and I'm always appreciative of the transparency the shop offers through their service and the Lyft back to the shop once service was done!

The reception was easy, the work was done fairly quickly. Though I got a wrong final receipt/invoice that says I declined two service I did not ask them to do. This is minor and did not affect the total pricing, but still...Oil change did not come with routine checks that is one thing to note.

VERY fast and friendly service! free coffee and treats! lots of parking space. very informative as well and they're great with prioritizing auto needs and assisting with payment. i didnt need to worry about a thing. i will definitely be going back😎

Great price, great customer service! Fixed my climate control unit for $200 less than Midas quoted me and did a complimentary ac recharge. Everyone working there is very friendly and helpful, and their pricing is very transparent. Aaron and Alejandro were particularly helpful. Highly recommend!

Budd and company were really helpful in getting an issue fixed with my car that was cutting my mpg in half. Turns out the transmission fluid needed to be replaced. Their prices were quite fair and they were really transparent about the costs at each point

Went in with my Tacoma for a 100,000 miles check up, and I am so glad I did. They started with an oil change to also assess the state of the vehicle. Super reasonable price for full synthetic oil change (beat the name brand chains pricing in the area by a sizable margin) and super quick! My go to spot for my car maintenance. The guys at Budd & Co are always so thorough and helpful. Moved to Seattle last December and started going there with my old car. Recent got a new car and immediately took it in for some minor maintenance. Always great prices and very accommodating people.

I've been to Budd & Co. twice. This week was not their best performance. Quick oil change and they even sent me pictures of the inspection so I could decide about additional things that might need attention. Competitive pricing (cheaper than the dealership).

I had a great experience at Budd & Company Automotive Service Center. Big thanks to Anthony and Peter for their excellent support, and their staff workers are very helpful.
